A little bumpy at first, but that's life - and what's important is how customer support responded to it: immedia

Pros: The management, more than anything else. We had experienced some issues and they were responsive to our needs, kind an professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

Cons: The original property we were supposed to stay at had some unforeseen issues happen the day of our arrival, so the management very graciously moved us to another property instead. They took great care of us.
