Sea View Apartment

Pros: Andreas the host is absolutely charming, helpful and incredibly friendly. He had stocked the fridge with Rose wine, cheeses, fruit, ice-creams - in fact everything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything possible: cooking pots, coffee, tea, various jams, honey, oil, diverse salad dressings, and a huge selection of spices. There were also loads of toiletries. Everything you need for everyday life. The apartment is clean and nice with reserved parking space. Overlooking the sea and the beach is opposite the house, one with sunbeds and one without. There are supermarkets, a bakery and a variety of restaurants. The wifi is fast and reliable. Perfect value for money. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Andreas for your wonderful hospitality!

Lovely apartment in Limassol

Pros: Been to Limassol five times already and this was the best accomodation out of all of them. Andreas, the host, took the best care of us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Andreas should organize lectures to other hosts on how to run this type of bussiness :-) It is 10 ouf of 10 for everything!

Best host

Pros: Andreas is certainly one of the most friendly and thoughtful hosts we ever met. We arrived very late in the evening and he expected us with food in the fridge, fresh fruits, water, juices, beer, wine and even icecream for the kids. The appartment is large, 3 bedrooms, big livingroom, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and balcony with sea view. The nearest beach is litteraly across the street and several restaurants and a Karaoke bar are in immediate proximity. The appartement is equipped with everything you may need and much more :) Parking is no problem.

Cons: There is sometimes noise at night as youngsters are racing with tuned cars and motorcycles on the main road. Some pieces of furniture and some of the appliences are outdated, but the appartement and Andreas overcompensate any minor faults one might find. For us, it was the perfect place to stay.

Pros: Our host, Andreas, was very welcoming & helpful. We arrived late at night - hungry - we had snacks available together with other food essentials. Every problem was solved promptly with eager and helpful approach. WE ARE COMING BACK!

Wonderful host, very well situated apartment with sea view

Pros: Andreas the host is absolutely charming, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We received detailled instructions on how to get there and He had stocked the fridge with Rose wine, cheeses, fruit, ice-creams, coffee, teas -in fact everything. There were also loads of toiletries. The apartment is big with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and very comfortable, big beds. Parking is very easy We had a car but if not it is a very short stroll to the busstop. The beach is over the road, a large supermarket within 100metres and there are good restaurants nearby (try Kyrenia Tavern- excellent!). The TV has multiple channels and Andreas showed us how to select our language, although we didnt actually watch anything. The wifi is fast and reliable. We would definitely stay again! Cons: The water pressure in the shower is very low but adequate and one can't have everything!

Pros: The host, Andreas, is amazing. Communication is easy, he is incredibly friendly, and upon arrival, we found the fridge and kitchen filled with more than bare necessities. The apartment is clean, there are supermarkets, a bakery and a variety of restaurants, not a stone throw away. Perfect value for money.

Cons: The road next to the apartment can be rather laud at times. However, I found good sleep nonetheless.

It felt like home. Perfect for our family.

Pros: Nice apartment in an apartment building with full equipment and reserved parking space. Overlooking the sea. Within walking distance there is a non-stop bakery, Metro and Lidl supermarket, restaurants and other amenities. The pictures accurately reflect the real condition of the accommodation. We were contacted by the owner of the accommodation, Mr. Antréas, prior to our arrival. He is very communicative and friendly, whenever we needed anything he helped us immediately. We arranged our arrival without any problems, he personally showed us the apartment, he even prepared some groceries in the fridge to welcome us. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is easily comfortable for a family with three children. All rooms have air conditioning. The house has an elevator. We had a great time during our stay, thanks to Mr. Antréas we felt like locals. The accommodation has incredibly fast internet, fiber optic connection. 300 Mbit download, 100 Mbit upload on Wi-Fi.

Pros: We arrived from Riga to Paphos with Ryanair. It was our first trip to Cyprus. The Owner of the property helped to arrange for big taxi. The property is centrally located with 20 min by bus No30 at 1.5 eur (or with taxi at 20 eur) to Limassol centre. The property is with nice balcony with sea view, where we took our breakfasts. Nearby (5min walking) are supermarket, McDonalds, Sixt Car rent, fish tabernas, walkway along the sea. We rented a car and travelled to the Aphrodite Bay, to Paphos, to Polis, to Larnaca & Aya-napa beach and to a monastery in the mountains. The property has 3 bed rooms, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Very convenient for 4 family budget trip. Indeed value for money.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. Nearby there is a public beach, but a little bit further there is a walking path by the sea with great playgrounds. Just around the corner there is a bakery, a restaurant and am supermarket. But the greatest value is the owner Andreas. Very hospitable helpful and pleasant guy. He always asked if we needed something, and at the beginning of our stay he bought us some groceries. At the end he accompanied us with a few wonderful cakes. Thank you again.

Totul perfect

Pros: Apartamentul a fost nemaipomenit Curat ,dotat ,aproape de plaja ..., Andreas ,proprietarul,de excepție, atent la detalii a făcut totul astfel încât sejurul nostru sa fie perfect. Felicitări ,o adevărată gazda! Recomandam cu mare drag!
