Savvas City Centre Flat

Pros: The vacation was a success! The apartment exceeded expectations, we will come back here again! Cozy, clean! Everything you need is there: stove, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, all kitchen utensils! Clean bed linen, towels! Very convenient location. Everything is close. The beach and the embankment with a huge number of cafes and restaurants are a five-minute leisurely walk away. Near the house there are cafes, restaurants, shops. A very quiet place. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you very much to the owner! The apartment had everything you needed for the first time: tea, coffee, sugar, bread, water, seasonal fruit. George answered all questions quickly. It's very nice when you're worried about a trip and get answers right away. George! Thank you so much!

Pros: Nice and clean apartment. The owner is a nice person. He contacted me and sent me the apartment location and all other details. The apartment is close to the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance. Great location. I will come again.

Pros: Very clean. All you need for the stay . AC in every room. Walking distance to everything. Nice and helpful host.

Cons: Windows are next to small but busy road so it”s loud. inside when windows are opened. Clogged shower drain

good location, well equipped apartment

Pros: Good location, very spacious and close to the beach and walking distance to city center. We arrived at night and taws good to have water in the fridge and some fruits/snacks, also. The host was very kind and helpful, we had several questions in the first day and he answered & actioned fast. The apartment is perfect for a family with 2 kids, especially during summer season I assume.

Cons: The only thing I could mention is that the bath should have been cleaner and the towels whiter.

Pros: Spacious accommodation. George always asked if anything was needed. Fruits and essentials for breakfast, water, coffee, tea... were waiting for us in the apartment. Everything is very close: bus station, small shop, Church of St. Lazarus, Trg Evropa... Quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, well equipped and an excellent location close to the sea, restaurants, shops and buses to other parts of the island and airport. Nice balcony. Reasonably quiet neighborhood and quiet building. I would stay here again.

I recommend without any doubts

Pros: Everything was great, and I definitely recommend this accommodation to every and each one.

Cons: The only problem I see is in the kitchen. Where there is no AC. It would be great to think about putting it there into the future. Even tho there is a window, when temperature rises hot air comes from there, and if you cook it also creates heat. So that was quite a problem for me.

Perfect appartment and location!

Pros: Nice appartment. A 3 min walk to the beach. Lot's of great restaurants and shops. Rented a car a street further. Great Host! Thank you for everything George! We had a really nice vacation.

Pros: We have never experienced such situation. Everything was perfect. We arrived on Sunday. We were really happy when we found bread, butter, cheese, water, apples waiting for us. Really outstanding situation. Beach is in 5 minuts walking distance. George, thank you very much for your help.

Pros: The apartment is located in the city center, near the promenade by the sea. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. It is on the third floor with an elevator and has a large terrace. It has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi is excellent, and for heating they have heaters in every room, as well as air conditioning. The host is accommodating. He left us welcome fruit and water and recommended some restaurants. The apartment is highly recommended. What may be missing, but we didn't mind, is weak insulation, old towels, TV only in the living room, not enough power adapters for electricity in the apartment and few hangers in the bathroom.
