Great place and value for money, highly recommend it.

Pros: I am very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Everything is like in the photos. The whole communication was perfect, the host was always very responsive. As we were arriving late in the evening the sofa was already prepared, there was hot water in the boiler. The check in was smooth thanks to all provided clear details. It was clean, the mattress is very comfortable, there were big towels and even coffee capsules, so we could have our morning coffee :) Thank you for this lovely accommodation, we will be happy to visit again!

Pros: The apartment is clean, everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. The city center is nearby, and there are many shops and cafés close by. We were delighted with the hospitality — it truly deserves every praise, and we would be very happy to come back again.

Pros: Everything was perfect,the appartment,the location and Mimi,our host,was excepcional. She was allways there to help us in any situation. Even more,Dimitar,her husband, gave us a ride to the Salt Laka and to the airport. Thank you Mimi,thank you Dimitar,you made our stay in Larnaca excepcional.

Christmas time in Larnaca

Pros: Good apartment, everything very clean and comfortable. We were during Christmas time, so hot water and heating were important aspects and it was perfect, absolutely no problem. Close to city center, seaside and to shops. Very friendly and extremely helpful owners, offering all necessary details. Easy access and plenty of parking places in the area, with or without payment. Over all, a very nice experience.

Cons: A little noisy in the evening but this is something to be expected when you get so close to city center, old town and restaurants. Anyway, it was ending before 11 PM, so no problem during the night.

Wonderful apartment, great location, great host

Pros: Great facilities, well equipped, very comfortable. Our host Mimi was very responsive and communicative; nothing was too much trouble for her.

Pros: A very beautiful and cozy apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bus stop. Very good communication with the owner. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Mimi :)

Pros: I liked that our host Mimi and her husband helped us with lots of good information upon arrival and during our stay. We felt like we have all the time someone that we can rely on if something happen. That is really great. Also, upon arrival in the room was water, bottle of wine, some snacks. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is perfect. Just few steps from all good places and walking distance to everything.

Pros: The owner is wonderful, helpful, great communication, all the details and trifles are thought out. The apartment is in a very convenient location, clean, tidy, beautiful. The sofa in the living room turns into a full bed, which is very convenient. If we come back again, I would like to stay here and nowhere else.

Pros: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Makriev Suite! The suite is spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — even thoughtful details like power adapters for guests. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They approved an early check-in for us, responded to every message very quickly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and put their heart into every detail. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness and comfort to the warm hospitality. We highly recommend Makriev Suite to anyone visiting Cyprus, and we’ll definitely come back again!

Pros: The host was very helpful and provided everything we needed – even dishwasher tabs, plenty of towels, and even a beach towel!
