Ideal for our short stay in Larnaca
Pros: The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard. It’s very clean, comfortable and well equipped for a short stay in Larnaca. It’s well located, close to the promenade and Ermou square.
Cons: The building itself is a little hard to find and parking access is tight.

Amazingly good impression
Pros: My family is very picky about clean and tidy, comfortable etc. appt we'd like to live for long. Here you'll see a rare case when the host provides everything you may even think about. It's 3-room city appt with full set up kitchen, with every pot and kettle, plates or glasses, caps etc you may need., Shampoos, child's things etc in the bathroom. Each room has AC, sun screens. Quiet and clean area, center.

Pros: Everything was perfect, as you can see in the photos. Very spacious, clean, beautiful, quiet, huge, beautifully designed, air-conditioned and well equipped apartment. There was everything we needed. The bed was very big and comfortable, everything was great. The host Mr. Nikos is very nice and attentive to the smallest details. Great place to explore the city. I highly recommend it and we will be back soon

Nicely done and in an excellent location
Pros: Nicely decorated apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms are not facing to the main street reducing the sound. Parking spot in this area is very useful. Close to restaurants and the center. The owner is very responsive
Cons: Not a fan of the spring bed in the smaller bedroom - might be a personal preference.

Pros: Aproape de plajă, zonă liniștită. Apartament spațios. Am ajuns mai devreme, au fost foarte draguți și ne-au pregătit apartamentul pentru noi cu două trei ore înainte de ora de check-in.
Cons: Baia extrem de mică, este lată de aproximativ un metru. Nu am primit instrucțiuni ce trebuie să facem ca să avem apă caldă, le-am primit ulterior după ce ne-am plâns de acest lucru- este un întrerupător pe peretele din hol fără vreo informație atașată despre ce reprezintă el. Cireașa de pe tort, am avut și alți conlocuitori, se pare permanenți, se plimbă pe blatul bucătăriei.

Worth money, clean and good location.
Pros: Nice place and close to everything. There is everything you may want. Pretty nice.
Cons: True that the bathroom is very narrow, but it is clean. Also little bit noisy outside, but I guess everywhere in the center of Larnaca is the same.

דירה נוחה במיקום שקט, תמורה טובה למחיר.
Pros: הדירה מעולה במיקום טוב, במרכז העיר אבל באזור שקט, 5 דקות הליכה מהטיילת התוססת של העיר. המטבח מאובזר עם כל מה שצריך, הסלון נוח והמיטות נוחות. הדירה מרווחת. המקלחת נוחה. הקשר עם בעל הבית היה נעים, ענה לכל השאלות שלי והיה זמין בכל בעיה.
Cons: השירותים צרים וצפופים. אם היינו קצת יותר גדולי ממדים היה יכול להיות בעייתי... היו חסרות כוסות ומזלגות, היו רק 3 והיינו 4 אורחים. הניקיון דורש קצת שיפור, החלונות היו מלוכלכים, המטבח הרגיש לא מספיק נקי. ( ידיות של הארונות היו מלוכלכות , הסקוטצ' לשטיפת כלים היה משומש ). לא קשור לדירה אבל כל אזור המרכז של העיר בשיפוצים, הרבה מהרחובות סגורים, האוטובוסים שינו מסלולים...

Modern apt w great location, regrettable balcony view
Pros: Really nice apt with good AC. Great central location. Matches the photos.
Cons: Balcony overlooks a trash filled dirt parking lot so it was not pleasant to enjoy. Would have booked a different place if I’d known.

Pięć dni w raju
Pros: Niesamowita lokalizacja w centrum Larnaki, wszędzie blisko. Piękne i czyste mieszkanie, idealne dla dwóch par. Było w nim wszystko co potrzeba łącznie z idealnie działającą klimatyzacją. Wyposażone i przestronne. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz:)
