Great, modern place, but with....

Pros: The apartment at Grand Sapphire Resort was fantastic – very modern, super luxurious, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the comfort and high standard of the apartment itself.

Cons: On the downside, the hotel staff in the common areas were not very friendly and did not speak English well. Guests staying in apartments seem to be treated less favorably compared to hotel guests, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the apartment experience was excellent thanks to the wonderful owner and the luxury of the place.

Beautiful place!

Pros: Apartment in Grand Sapphire Resort was the best choice for my family. We had full of rest and charge battery :) we could use all of pools outside and inside, gym and another tools. Crew was really professional and nice.

Cons: Lack of informations about conditions for guests using Snack Bar and another place only for hotel guests.

Pros: Smooth check in, friendly host Beautiful resort with excellent facilities Lovely sky /roof bar Beautiful clean new apartment with lovely balcony

Cons: Would have been nicer if there were more restaurants and bars outside of complex within walking distance Not a problem if one has a car
