5 min to the Beach Holiday Shared Apartment - private ROOM in 3 bdr Apt

Amazing value for money, good for remote workers

Pros: True to the photos and description, exceptionally clean and regularly cleaned during our stay, quiet location right by the beach. Wi-Fi was good enough to support three remote workers at the same time with no issues. Host provides a great information package with everything you might need prior to check-in. I did not have much contact with the host myself, but the people I shared the house with did and it seemed the host replied and resolved issues extremely quickly!

Cons: The shower could use a bit of refreshing, especially the curtain. However, this is a very small thing among all the positives.

Pros: It was specious, cool with ac, enough towels and all the amenities were good, thanks once again

Cons: a little bit too far from the city center, but it is acceptable (you cannot change the location, I know)

My stay was a great experience as the host was always available to aid any issues; the apartment is very clean and comfo

Pros: The location of the property was the best part as it is a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Great stay in Larnaca

Pros: Nicely located apartment, near the 2 nicest beaches in Larnaca and a short pleasant stroll from downtown. The apartment is just as good as the pictures suggest. Very big and comfortable, beds are great, nice living room and the kitchen has the basic necessities. Communication was spot on and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It's a great apartment for a family or group of friends to share. Not far from all the action (Beach, bars, etc), but also has a bit of a local flavour.

Pros: A clean well maintained modern flat very close to the sea and airport!

Cons: The external look of the building is in no way a reflection of the apartment, in both modern style and cleanliness.

Great place to stay in Cyprus

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Self check in was very smooth, and it's easy to find the building. My room was perfect for me with all the conditions to work. Location is good, close to the beach and not that far from the city center (about 20-30 min walk). The common area of kitchen and living room is very spacious, there is AC in all the rooms. Eduard, the host, is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment, will stay here again next time I'm in Cyprus.

Cons: The doors of the rooms are a bit noisy when closing and opening those, and maybe I would pay attention to the cleaning of the bath itself everyday as it's a shared one, however I didn't have that much of issue with that.

Pros: The accomodation is very beautiful and close to the sea and also close to the center and salt lake. The quartermaster was kind and helpful every time we needed it, for example to help us find how to go to the airport.

Cons: Only one think, that our roommates was a little bit messy, so there was still dirty dishes and toilet. But it depends who live with you there.

Pros: The room itself was superb (I had the larger double room), I'd definitely give it a10! A/C was amazing and great internet connection as well! The living room was also good, and the balcony was nice for drinking morning coffee. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Cons: Some of the common facilities (washing machine, shower, bathroom sinks, stovetop, fridge, elevator) could use some renovation. I specifically had an issue with the washing machine, and although the landlord was very responsive, it still didn't work out satisfactorily in the end.

Pros: Everything was really nice. 15min to walk to go to the center.
