Pros: Good location, spacious and convenient apartament. Also the bed was comfortable and big. No problem with hot water. Basic equipment in the kitchen area.

Pros: Clean spacious apartment with an adequate kitchenette. Very wide and very comfortable bed. Lovely big swimming pool, which we didn't use because of the chilly weather (in January)

Cons: We had no hot water in the shower (we were there in January) and couldn't find the manager to ask him to fix it. We decided not to bother but I'm sure he would have solved it had we insisted.

Place worth for it’s price with great location and good staff.

Pros: The location is excellent, the rooms are big and comfy. We had great apartment with terrace that we loved and really enjoyed.

Cons: It wasn’t that clean and wi-fi connection didn’t exist in rooms unless you go down in the common area.

Swimming and good sleep

Pros: Nice pool and hotel. You can have good sleep here without noise from barstreet. You can get to centre fast, but area is more relax than centre. Staff is nice and everything works.

Pros: Great location to explore Ayia Napa and surrounding. Close to Strip Ayia Napa, but enough far to sleep nice and don't hear the noise from nightclubs. Huge and clean room. Host is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is nice.

Pros: I had a great stay at Florea Hotel Apartments. The place is simple but cozy, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and also the beach. What I appreciated the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the host. Always smiling, ready to help at any time, and happy to give useful tips. I really felt welcome. I recommend this place to anyone.
