Pros: Very nice location, nearest beach is just 5 min walk , nissi beach - 10 min away . Center city 15 min walk. Food shop in the same building downstairs . You are surrounded by restaurants Owner is very friendly and replied to my messages in 5 min Bed is comfortable Check in was super easy, the owner sent a video even how to find the apartment if you walk on the Main Street and safe box with code few days before arrival

Cons: The door in the bathroom was not possible to close A bit of mold in the shower Couldn’t find the bottle opener and in general kitchen appliances is poor (pans are old), no coffee maker Restaurant with karaoke just next building , it was a bit noisy but was not a problem for us

All you need in Ayia Napa

Pros: Amazing location right in between nissi beach and center of Ayia Napa so you can either walk or use public transportation. Lot of supermarkets and restaurants in couple of steps from the studio. Studio is really big and comfortable and clean Excellent value of quality and price. Communication with the host is great and you will get all the instructions you need in timely maner. In little kitchen you will have everything you need for preparing the light meals but i would recommend to go out and eat . Great place to stay for solo travelers and couples . Would definitely go there again.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much, the Apartment was very clean and large with everything you need .location is perfect really close to restaurants shops and beaches.the Host is so helpful and friendly. Information sent before we arrived was excellent even a video of how to get to apartment from the street and pin codes.anytime we text them their reply was straight away 👌. I would highly recommend Nissi Studio Apartments for anyone wanting a great place to stay perfect location and a really good price .Thanks for a great time away .would definitely recommend and stay here again 10 out of 10

Great to apartment near the Nissi beach, amazing and understanding host. Definitely recommend!

Pros: Everything was as described in the listing, the closest beach was 5 mins away, nissi beach 20 minutes on foot or 4 min by bus (bus station very close to the apartment). the property was clean, tidy and seemed like it was recently renovated. Regarding the food options, there are some restaurants on the closest beach that serve breakfast and in terms of lunch and dinner there is a Greek taverna 7 min walking. Last but not least, the host was very welcoming and the communication with him was great. Thanks for everything!

Cons: The only two things that can be improved were: - the balcony’s sliding doors, they weren’t isolating the sound very well and you can easily hear people on the street yelling, - and not having a mop (during and after a shower a good amount of water wasn’t going to the drain but it was leaking out of the walk-in shower to the living room.

Pros: Smeštaj je odličan, komforan, udoban, čist i sa svim sadržajima potrebnim za dobar odmor. Lokacija izuzetna. Za one koji iznajmljuju vozila ima parking, a za one koji koriste javni prevoz smeštaj je u neposrednoj blizini stanica kako za lokalni prevoz tako i za prevoz do aerodroma. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom laka I precizna. Smeštaj za svaku preporuku. Čista 10-ka.

Pros: La posizione vicinissimo al mare e al centro . Nonostante avessimo la macchina ci muovevamo a piedi

Cons: La doccia il pulsantino non rimaneva su

Pros: Casa bella, nuova, molto funzionale con anche piccolo tavolo da stiro, bel balcone, ottima per una settimana al mare, posizionata a 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Vathia gonia e 1 km da missi beach, vicino c è tutto supermarket proprio sotto casa, pub e ristoranti. Il centro di Ata Napa si raggiunge con 10/15 minuti di passeggiata.
