NAPA GEM SUITES by LUXEL VILLAS

Great location, modern apartments with huge terraces!

Pros: Lovely quiet location but only a few minutes from restaurants and a 10 mins stroll into Ayia Napa.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like but could do with a toilet in the pool area and lighting is needed at night walking the path at the back of the property.

Pros: Lovely large and well equipped apartments. Quiet but within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and clubs. Vending machine near the pool is well stocked, sun loungers always available.

Cons: Would have been nice to have a cafe/bar on site but we knew there was no catering available when we booked.

Pros: Everything my room was the best great view great swimming pool

Cons: Coming home to Scotland

A perfect smart-home getaway with privacy, comfort, and exceptional service – ideal for a peaceful retreat.

Pros: The villa was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the private jacuzzi and swimming pool, both of which were cleaned regularly and maintained to the highest standards. The house is a smart home – everything operates via sensors and secure access codes, which made our stay even more convenient. The peaceful environment and spacious layout created the perfect atmosphere for rest and relaxation. The hospitality was excellent – special thanks to Vasiko for his support and to the kind lady at the reception who assisted us during check-in.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.

Lovely location close to the shops and strip but lovely and quiet. Spacious, modern, great place to stay

Pros: Great location, very clean and modern and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The key code system caused a bit of confusion - shorter codes would be great!

Clean Stay with Nice Features

Pros: The place was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the large smart TV with cable channels, the ceiling AC, the Nespresso machine, the nice pool, and the convenient parking

Cons: The curtains were not blackout as expected, and some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Additionally, the sofa was a bit uncomfortable and appeared slightly dirty.

Bright, beautiful and spacious apartment

Pros: Very comfortable and nice apartment, very spacious terrace, very well functioning (and quite) AC

Pros: Having stared there in the past, I knew what I was getting, and obviously I liked what I got. The property feels secure, it's very clean and has the standard facilities you'd expect with an apartment. The pool was very clean and warm. The outsite communal areas were always clean and tidy.

Quiet peaceful luxurious apartment

Pros: Very spacious and modern apartment. Very comfortable beds. All round great place to stay in Cyprus.

Great 2nd stay at Napa Gems, ideal location!

Pros: Great location, full kitchen facilities, large veranda, great size apartments, friendly staff.

Cons: No bins around pool area. No toilet around pool area. Pathway exiting the back of the property is very overgrown & dark. Furnishing are becoming worn, especially the lounge area.
