Blue Pearl Villas

Perfect villa for families, and a reasonable price for the facilities offered.

Pros: Lovely modern villa, perfectly situated a short 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the strip. Great pool and comfy sun loungers, nice garden, with BBQ, outside fridge, covered area for eating etc. Satellite TV included, and kitchen/dining area very pleasant. Bedrooms basic but pleasant.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.

Excellent family villa

Pros: Great villa with plenty of space. Excellent pool. About a 45 minute drive from Larnaca airport and only a 10 minute walk to Protaras strip.

Cons: Hedge blocks the pool sun late in the day. Could easily be resolved by lowering the hedge height and then the pool will get sun all afternoon, like neighbour villas.

Great villa for families.

Pros: There was bread, milk, juice, tea and coffee left which was incredibly useful as we arrived late on a bank holiday so the supermarket was not open. The open plan layout was very handy with having a young child as we could watch him in the pool at all times. The pool was very clean and a good size.

Cons: This is of no fault of the Villa, but the walk into Protoras doesn’t have pavements and street lights in places so felt a little unsafe late at night with cars coming down the road at 50. But this is only for a short distance and I’m sure will change once more villas are built in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. We will definitely book again in the future.

Pros: Proximity to Protaras main strip was great. Nice big villa with lovely swimming pool, 3 bathrooms. The information pack provided before arriving and at the villa was very informative.

Cons: Would have been better if a gas BBQ was provided. The charcoal BBQ provided is small and with wind is hard to use and control. The villa is only let down by the holes in the in the interior walls where it looks like maybe radiators have been removed and holes not filled and white tape on end of stair rail.

Pros: We liked pretty much everything. Very enjoyable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful and provided us with extra blankets for the evenings as it was a bit chilly. Thanks 😊

Cons: Had a bit of a problem with the Ants. Ant spray provided in the villas which help manage them. The pool would have been bearable if it was heated. We hired 3 villas and unfortunately our villa didn't have a hand rail going upstairs which was quite difficult for my elderly mum.

Wonderful stay in the Blue Pearl Residences, we returned once and will certainly stay again.

Pros: This villa is superb, situated between Protaras and Pernera. Facilities are excellent, even for the winter months. There is so much space, especially when travelling as a couple.

Cons: Not much, but maybe some rooftop furniture would be good in order to take advantage of the warmer days. For the price paid in winter, there is nothing to really dislike about this property.

Fabulous stay in Blue Pearl Villlas.

Pros: The welcome package provided was a nice bonus and the fast response and resolution to any queries, such as some lights that weren’t working. The information pack provided prior to arrival and within the Villa was also useful. The villa was bright with lovely views from the roof terrace. The rooms were comfortable and the pool area was great.

Cons: It is a little precarious walking along the road near the villas as only some areas had a pavement.

Toppenboende om man vill ha något eget.

Pros: Utrymmet, planlösning, uteplats, pool (om det hade varit en varmare period) Vårt flyg gick sent på kvällen och det fanns inte möjlighet till sen utcheckning men vi kunde förvara våra väskor på deras kontor under dagen. Grillen var ganska liten och sliten men fungerade ändå. Det svåra var att hitta mat att lägga på den. Vi var där på höstlovet och poolen var kall men det hade vi räknat med. Tog ca 10 minuter att gå till havet, och ungefär detsamma till huvudgatan med restauranger och butiker. Sol vid pool mellan 12-16, men det blir förstås längre om man åker tidigare på säsongen. Vi, fem vuxna och sex ungdomar och en tvååring, hade det toppen! Rekommenderar absolut! Bra och smidig hantering med info, kommunikation och nycklar.

Cons: Takterrassen var väldigt trist inredd och fanns bara på hus 3, kuddar inte så sköna, i ett av husen (vi hyrde två 2&3) fungerade inte solgardinerna eller poolbelysningen. Inte så trevlig väg att gå på till strand och shopping.

Pros: The villa had all the necessary appliances and utensils. All bathrooms had soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The rooms were tidy and clean. There were towels for everyone. There was a problem with hot water in one villa, we called the contact number and soon the craftsmen came and solved the problem. The villa also has a transfer service, the price is the best compared to others. Several minibuses arrived, which took us very comfortably

Cons: The knives were not sharp. We liked everything else.
