Pros: One of the best apartment we ever booked with the best host. The place was perfect, it's close to everything you need. Sammy, the host, is really looking out for his guests and helps with everything he can. Highly recommend:))

Good Accomodation but Host needs training

Pros: The apartment is clean spacious, and the location is good. You have almost everything you need for a good stay. Good value for money. Communication was good with the host.

Cons: The Tv is not smart in this time and age. The host doesn’t have the best customer service skills. But I am sure that this will improve.

Pros: Excellent location. Excellent owner. Organizes transfer. All beaches are within walking distance, you can get there in a couple of minutes by bus, no taxi needed. Responds to any requests instantly. Bars, restaurants and discos and everything is 5 minutes from the apartments. The most hospitable owner in Ayia Napa is Sami. We will definitely come to you again.

Pros: The host was very nice and friendly and helpful also the apartment is in a very good location

Pros: The apartment is very clean and well furnished. It has a good location, close to the center and the sea. The owner is very nice and communicative. A very good option for good housing at a great price.

Great location between Nissi beach and Ayia Napa centre

Pros: We stayed at Rosam Seaview Holiday Apartment in Ayia Napa and had a good experience overall. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with basic but functional decor. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The location is great — it’s right between Nissi Beach and Ayia Napa Centre, so you’re close to both the beach and all the restaurants and attractions, but still in a quieter area. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a simple, relaxed place to stay with good access to everything Ayia Napa has to offer The owner, Sami, was very helpful and friendly. He offers transfers to and from the airport and he’s happy to give tips for sightseeing or even take you around if needed, which was a nice extra touch. Thanks Sami!

Pros: Best place, best food, best staff. Thank you very much!

Cons: Everything was the best!
