Pros: Wonderful stay! A 10/10 apartment and host. Due to a technical issue, the host needed to move us to another, identical apartment; as a gesture for any inconvenience, she proactively offered to arrange round-trip taxi transfers. This initiative came entirely from her, which really shows her quality and client-first approach. Communication was excellent throughout—clear, accurate information and very fast replies. The apartment was superb: spacious, spotless, perfectly working air conditioning, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is great—about 5–10 minutes to Nissi Beach and roughly a 30-minute walk to the center. The pool (for building residents) was clean and peaceful; I loved that it was never crowded and only occasionally had other guests around. A truly wonderful experience with a fantastic host—we’ll definitely be back.
Cons: Maybe a few more sunbeds by the pool and some small side tables would help. However, these are minor details and this isn’t why we came.

Perfect for family
Pros: Ideal, very comfortable apartment for our family of 4. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything as in the photo and in the description. Very equipped kitchen. Wonderful balcony for breakfasts and dinners, like another room. The children were happy to spend time in the pool. There is a dedicated parking space always in the shade. Convenient location to the beach 8 minutes walk, shops, pharmacy nearby. Olga, thanks a lot!

An amazing, beautifully decorated, well equipped and confortable place
Pros: The apartment is spacious, quiet and bright, very well equipped, tastefully decorated. Every detail in there reveals a certain artistic aptitude and care for the customer.
Cons: I have no complaints, everything seemed very good and beautiful to me. It should, however, be mentioned for future tourists that they will be instructed to take their own garbage from the house to a common dumpster located at the gate of the complex, about 200 meters away (for me this was not a problem), that the location, although bright, quiet, close to Nissi Beach (about 15 minutes walk) is not right in the heart of the market (that's how I chose the apartment to have peace and quiet and I liked it).

Pros: We spent 7 days in the apartment in October 2024, and our impressions are wonderful. The apartment was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with our host, Olga, was excellent; she responded very quickly and accommodated all our requests. She even organized transportation to the airport for us and was there to ensure we felt comfortable and safe. The location of the apartment was ideal for us, as we prefer staying a bit away from the city center. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center. The nearest Nissi Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, Landa Beach is around 15 minutes, and Makronissos is about 25 minutes on foot. There’s also bus transportation nearby if you prefer not to walk, and taxis are always available. I would like to thank Olga once again for making our vacation so great, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Sehr gut gelegen. Durch eine Abkürzung, nur 7 min zu Fuß bis zu Ayia Napa Beach. Die Olga sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, genau laut Bilder.

Cudownie, na pewno tu wrócimy.
Pros: Lokalizacja super. Bardzo blisko do plaży, zaledwie 8 minut do Nessi Beach. Świetnie wyposażony apartament ( zgodnie z opisem ). Cisza i spokój. Basen o każdej porze i do najbliższego sklepu 100m.
