Nissi Golden Sand lovely one bedroom apartment with spacious terrace and free parking

Great apartment, kind owner and perfect location, walking distance to Nissi beach and stores.

Pros: Location was great, apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was kind and always quick to respond to any questions.

Cons: Minor things that can be fixed easily but for me it wasn't a big issue. Internet connection was a bit losing connection, but the owner again reacted quicky to solve the problem.

Pros: There are so many beautiful and good things to say that I don’t even know where to start. The location is very beautiful, with many flowers on the terrace and palm trees. It’s close to Nissi Beach and to the bus stops. The owner is an extremely responsible person and it was a pleasure to collaborate with him. He helped us tremendously and answered all our questions. He is an amazing person! I also really liked the fact that there were many mirrors in the apartment and we had a very beautiful view. I don’t think we could have found a better place!

Pros: An extraordinary place to stay, the apartment is large ,new furniture,new air conditioner in both rooms and very clean, equipped with everything you need,real photos, kind owner and excellent conditions. And yet, the kind host still asks if you have any complaints or recommendations.The terrace is very big and also with everything you need and a nice garden in front.The location is close to Nissi beach,bus stops, shops,pharmacy and terraces and the building is quiet. Ideal for going with friends as well as for families with or without children. We stayed for 3 weeks.Location of 10. We will definitely come back with pleasure.

Pros: Very near to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet at night. I prefer this type of location.

Pros: Overall, we would definitely recommend to rent the apartment. It was spacious enough that our family, consisting of 2 adults and 2 kids could spend almost two weeks there. The biggest plus about the apartment is the close vicinity to Nissi beach. You can access the beach easily by foot. Konnos Beach is about 10-15 min away by car. We rented a car from Larnaca Airport and had a free parking place (be aware that the parking spot is a bit tricky (high slope) - we parked the car infront of the actual spot in order not to damage the car body). Furthermore, since we travelled as a family, we tried to avoid the frenzy of Ayia Napa and were not disappointed, as the area around the apartment is definitely more calm (though not always) than in the town itself.

Cons: As some of the previous tenants have already mentioned, the apartment could get some more attention, i.e. it's not in the best conditions. Nevertheless, overall the benefit-cost ratio is very good for this apartment.
