Nissi Elena -Sunshine Apt

We enjoyed staying in the apartment

Pros: The apartment was cozy and specious with all necessary equipment. Mari was super helpful and communicative, answered all my questions, helped with the transfer from the airport. We enjoyed staying in the apartment, it was close to the sea and with good swimming pool

Cons: The front door didn’t open well, maybe it should be repaired. Also would be great to have slippers like in the hotel, but that something extra.

Pros: Clean, swimming pool, Nissi beach reachable by a walk.

Best holidays place ever!

Pros: It is a very comfortable, spacious, very well equipped place, with fantastic swimming pool and fabulous, quiet location.

Cons: N/a

A Perfect Stay Near Nissi Beach – Highly Recommended!

Pros: We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The rooms were exceptionally spacious, and clean, providing plenty of room to relax and feel at home. One of the best features is the fantastic location—just a short walk to the stunning Nissi Beach, which made our beach days incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The accommodation is also equipped with excellent amenities that enhanced our comfort throughout the stay. From a fully equipped kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi, everything was thoughtfully provided. Overall, a fantastic value for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

Great stay in quiet apartment

Pros: Fantastic spacious, quiet and bright apartment with a beautiful hugh balcony in walking distance to Nissi beach and restaurants. Very conveniently located outside of the chaos of Agia Napa. The carpark is in the shadow, which is really nice when it's hot weather. As no new guests arrived after us, we were able to do a late check-out which was extremely convenient for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location and great appartment

Pros: Maria is the best host. She knows everything you need to know and she replies fast. Also the appartment has everything you need.

Cons: Everything is good. However, even though the bed comfort is okay, I suggest improving the mattress and pillows sometime soon.

Pros: Our stay in this apartment was great, Mária was helpful in every request. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and excellently furnished. Close to supermarkets and Nissi beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back

You will hardly find a better place to stay in the Ayia Napa

Pros: Perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa. Very kind host. Super kitchen and equipment. Parking place. Big pool, daily cleaned. Supermarket (with fantastic gyros) 100m. Feel like in the heaven :-)

Cons: Aircon in the living room is older and more noisy than the new one in the bedroom. Also fridge is somewhat noisy.

Great Apartment

Pros: The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The apartment has a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer and iron...Maria is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons: The only thing that I would mention is that the water pressure issue, which has a slow flow at times.

Host Maria was lovely & very helpful & sorted very quickly a small issue

Pros: Great location & host was very helpful. Everything we needed was in apartment. Nice to be close to amazing beach of Nissi & very quiet. Had pool to ourselves most days. Main strip of AyiaNapa a close 10 min bus trip away for €3 so easy and cheap

Cons: All good !!
