Definitely recommend and would return again.
Pros: Spacious, new apartment in a new building with a lovely terrace. Two bathrooms means a lot for a larger families. Dedicated parking spot. Storage room was available to store luggage on the day of departure, which helps a lot. Supermarket is 3 min away. Nice playground for kids 7-10 min.
Cons: Cleaning /towel change happened once during the stay (1 week), it could be done at least twice. A bit better equipment would help (few more glasses/pots in the kitchen, place to hang your jackets at the entrance,...). It's like a 100e investment in little things that would help a lot.

Pros: It was a nice modern place. With parking space accesibile. The place was clean
Cons: We had issues with water heating and I didn’t like that they didn’t really trusted and listened to the fact that the water was freezing

We recommend these apartments.
Pros: Everything was fine, and there was enough of everything: towels, dishes, toilet paper, bathroom amenities, and dishwasher capsules.
Cons: There was an issue with hot water on the first evening of our arrival, but it was quickly resolved by the next morning. During the rest of our stay, there were no problems with hot water.

We recommend to stay here, especially if you have a car. Its not so close to the beach but we enjoyed walking around the
Pros: Modern, spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Large balcony and parking spaces available.
Cons: No coffee machine and the lights in the apartment were too bright, in the evening you couldn’t have a nice cosy atmosphere because of that.

Great staying in Larnaca with friends
Pros: The check-in/check-out was smooth. We found the apartments quickly. Everything was clean. The beds are large enough, it is very spacious, it looks like in the photos! It is equiped with everything needed for a perfect vacation! It is 25 minutes away from the Saint Lazarus church by feet. The pool looked amazing, but was a little cold for me to try it in November 😅, the sea was clean and great this time of the year. I definitely want to come back and stay here!
Cons: The pillows were too puffy and hard, making them uncomfortable. I didn t knew that the sockets are english plugs, so we need adaptors.. There are a few in the apartments, but not enough.

Modern property, great host.
Pros: The property was in a quiet location. Modern building and apartment. Host was amazing and helped me upgrade whilst there to allow my sister to join me. He was very considerate during a difficult time.
Cons: One of the showers did not have a full door therefore the bathroom floor would have excess water.

Pros: Instructions for entry are received via WhatsApp message. Entry codes are activated at exactly 3 p.m. The location is precise. The apartment is as in the pictures, and the pool is a special quality for morning or evening recreation. Metro supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Air conditioning, internet, everything works flawlessly.
Cons: We were not offered a change of towels or cleaning of the apartment (we stayed for three days). There were no tablets for the washing machine. When the kitchen is already fully equipped, they could put a little salt, oil, vinegar, it all doesn't cost a few euros, but it's a nice gesture and makes food preparation easier.

Luxury suite for good price. Kind and available host.
Pros: Nice apartment, appeared to be completely new. The additional bathroom in the main bedroom was a nice suprise.
Cons: If kitchen would be a bit more equipped, it would be perfect! We missed some kitchen utensils and wine glasses, but nothing necessary. Also, having some ambient lights of warm colour would be amazing to rest eyes in the evenings.
