Great experience overall!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean apartments, very comfy beds, the kitchen had majority of things needed to be comfortable in the apartment, location is also great - quiet yet close to the center of the city! Also car parking spots on the premises are a huge plus.

Cons: Two minor things I wanted to call out - weak wifi signal on 4th floor in the evenings. And if your apartment is facing the tennis courts and its' souvlaki place - be ready to get some of that grill smoke inside if you keep your balcony door open

Great - exactly what you expect

Pros: Spacious, clean, and nicely decorated room with a great balcony view and everything you need. Polite staff, complimentary drinks, and a good location made our stay very convenient.

Cons: The sound isolation isn’t great, but we didn’t mind it much. Pigeons can be surprisingly loud, and smoke from a nearby restaurant is noticeable at times and not easy to ignore - but of course, these cannot be controlled.

CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL!

Pros: I've never seen such a clean apartment/hotel, attentive staff, beautiful rooms, free water, coffee and tea!

Cons: The only thing I disliked was that there is no whirlpool, like described here on booking.com

Pros: It was spacious, clean Freindly view of a little park and tennis courts Quiet and peaceful Great balcony Loads of space for clothes Also the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Shout out to Margaretta who was so helpful

Fabulous apartment, LIV was perfect for relaxing & enjoying Larnaca. I'd happily stay there again.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were first class and the apartment was perfect, it had everything I needed, great balcony too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Liv Urban again, and I was very tempted to extend this stay as well.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff. Room had good kitchen facilities and there was on-site laundry facilities. Nice balcony overlooking the tennis club. Good location close to the centre of Larnaca.
