Beautiful house for a group of friends with spacious bedrooms and living room

Pros: Beautiful villa, spacious living room and bedrooms, all with big en suite bathrooms

Cons: If you’re intending to cook, the kitchen is rather small considering this is a house for 14 people.

Pros: The villa is amazing and very clean. Everything in the villa is perfectly thought out to make your stay truly amazing. The BBQ area is definitely a 10 out of 10! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Pros: We stayed at Villa Hyperion in April, a large family, three generations for four nights. The villa was handed over to us after an amazing renovation, everything was new and shiny and it was obvious that a lot of love and attention to detail had been invested. Although there were tiny glitches, what is important is that the owner took care of repairs with appreciable speed. The rooms are large and spacious, each room has a huge and luxurious bathroom, which was very important to us. The kitchen is a little small for cooking but we managed just fine. Beautiful pool, the internet worked great. The villa was equipped with all the electrical appliances necessary for a luxurious vacation. A short drive from the center of Larnaca. Highly recommended.

Cons: water pressure was a bit week, if I really try hard to point something out

Pros: We had an incredible stay at this villa in Cyprus! The design is absolutely stunning—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully curated in every corner. Each bedroom is spacious, beautifully decorated, and comes with its own private bathroom, which made the stay super comfortable for our group. The villa is located on a quiet street, which made it feel very peaceful and safe—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities exceeded our expectations: fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, style, and a true home-away-from-home experience in Cyprus!
