A perfect and unforgettable stay thanks to an amazing, kind, and incredibly helpful host.

Pros: The host was amazing, very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. She provided us with snacks and food on arrival, gave us great recommendations about the area, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and even supported us with a special family gathering we wanted to have during our stay. It meant a lot to us and made the trip unforgettable, Overall, a perfect stay with excellent hospitality.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect, the weather, the comfort, and everything we needed was provided. Can't wait to be back!

Great outdoor area and amenities, but a few issues with location an insects.

Pros: The terrace and entire yard — including the jacuzzi, pool, and grill — were perfect.

Cons: The location wasn’t ideal if you don’t have a car. There were quite a lot of cats around, though they didn’t disturb most of us. We also found a few cockroaches, which we didn’t like very much. The room doors tend to close very loudly in rooms.

The accommodation, the consideration of the host and the location of the property combined to provide a thoroughly enjoy

Pros: Clean, spacious excellent facilities. Pool cleaned regularly. Host kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality and consideration for our family needs went above and beyond anything we had previously experienced.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: What an amazing stay, the host is absolutely exceptional. We arrived to a fully stocked kitchen of drinks, food and equipment. The house was absolutely spotless and stunning. The outdoor kitchen is phenomenal. An abundance of towels, kitchen utensils, bbq equipment and garden seating to suit such a large group of us. The host could not have been more lovely, she brought us extra towels when we needed them, was informative on our location, answered questions at any time and even got us a takeaway! As we had a long stay here we also requested for some cleaners to come in, even though we offered to pay the host covered these costs (we did of course leave a tip instead) We could not have been happier with our stay and cannot wait to return. Thank you so much.

Best villa I’ve been to so far

Pros: There is nothing I didn’t like. An amazing villa perfect for any occasion. The host was brilliant and will help you if you have any problems.

A great villa with very attentive hosts and ideal for a party!

Pros: Incredibly clean, amazing host, full sun, and shade, plenty of outdoor space. The rotisserie BBQ was fantastic! The air conditioning was a lifesaver!

Cons: Tatty awning, hot water upstairs was intermittent but we didn’t ask for it to be fixed so (our loss)

Perfect family getaway

Pros: We had an excellent 7-night stay at this property. The house is spacious, very well maintained, fully equipped, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor areas are also beautiful and well cared for, and the property is well enclosed, which made us feel truly private and alone as a family. The pool was perfect, and we also had the lovely surprise of finding the fridge already stocked with fresh drinks upon our arrival, such a thoughtful touch! Our host, Arzy, was extremely kind, helpful, and made our experience truly enjoyable. She even helped us on the day of our departure, as our flight was later and we had to leave the house at 11 a.m., which we really appreciated. Thank you so much, Arzy, for your attention and kindness. We would highly recommend this place!

Cons: The only drawback of the house is that the curtains in the bedrooms are not dark enough, which can disturb sleep

Best hosts ever!

Pros: Wow, amazing house and hosts! The house is very large, equipped with everything you need, TV and AC in each bedroom. Swimming pool and jacuzzi included! The hosts welcomed us with drinks and snacks. My mother had a birthday and the hosts provided a wonderful surprise - decorations and a super delicious cake. The hosts took care of us during our stay- took us to the store, asked us how we were doing every day ect. The most hospitable hosts I have ever met. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, buses run from the beach to the center of Larnaca every 20 minutes.
