Pros: Very modern, many amenities, nice and friendly staff that brought stuff that was missing.

Cons: The fifth room is in the basement, with only a small window to the external staircase that is the only way to access it, i.e. you need to go outside and around the house to get there. kitchenware was a bit limited in the beginning, but the staff was helpful to bring it on the next day

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was big and pretty spacious. The pool was great too.

Pros: Location was excellent, close to restaurants shops and supermarkets and Fig tree bay was a very short walk from the villa.

Pros: I hope you stop posting about renovations to the villa in Protaras! This is an incredibly cool villa with very comfortable living conditions. Incredible receptions of the rulers who will always listen to all your complaints. The villa is in a luxurious setting with a comfortable design, everything is awesome and clean. Close to the sea - 100 meters. This is the most beautiful fix. Thank you to the rulers for your respect and garniy vindication! The villa has everything for comfort (the bedrooms are equipped with everything necessary, the kitchen has all the manual equipment) The pool and jacuzzi were constantly looked after, so it was clean. Great place for a quick fix!

Pros: Everything about the villa was perfect for our weeks stay for a family wedding. Very well equipped lovely layout. Ideal. Nicely out of the main area so quiet but couple of minutes walk to a large selection of shops bars and first class eateries Would thoroughly recommend. You won't find any better will definitely return

Pros: Lovely villa in a fantastic location. The pool was cleaned every couple of days and to have table tennis, a pool table and a hot tub was an added bonus. All the family - 6 adults and 4 children under 7 had a wonderful holiday. It was a short stroll to Fig Tree Bay with its beautiful beach that shelves gently - ideal for young children. Again, a short stroll into the main strip with lots of great bars and restaurants- but just far enough away so that it was quiet in the villa.

Cons: Our only comments are that we had a few maintenance issues that were very quickly remedied by a very responsive host. We didn’t get a change of towels, cleaning, or fresh bedding during our stay but there is a washing machine and no problem drying anything in the wonderful Cyprus sunshine!

A perfect way to spend a beach vacation with the extended family!

Pros: Great location - 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. All amenities were top notch, maintained in perfect order. Super responsive host. Highly recommended!

Lekker groot huis, prima voor zon- en strandvakantie

Pros: Lekker groot huis met voldoende slaapkamers voor ons xl- gezin. Babybed en kinderstoel kwamen goed van pas een er was voldoende keuken apparatuur om zelf te kunnen koken. Wel rekening mee houden dat we zelfs geen zout en peper staat.. Maar in de koelkast stond al melk, sap en een drankje als wij, erg aardig! De bedden zijn erg goed, douches ook (alleen voor de langste van ons te laag ;-) ) Zwembad lekker groot, bbq deed het prima. De Lidl is vlakbij: handig!

Cons: Het huis ligt aan een kant van het eiland waar, behalve zee, strand en toeristische winkels en restaurants/bars (Engels georiënteerd vooral( niet veel te zien is. We wilden wat cultuur opsnuiven, maar dat is met een kleintje wat ver weg (ruim 2 uur met de auto, enkele reis). Het zwembad was niet verwarmd en zou 25 graden zijn, maar het voelde echt een stuk frisser (de zee was nu ook 25 graden en dat was echt wanneer dan het zwembad 😊). De airco's zaten vol stof maar weten snel schoon gemaakt toen we dit aangaven. Er is maar tot ongeveer 14.00 uur zon bij het zwembad. Daarna zit je achter het huis in de schaduw. Dakterras is een mooie oplossing.
