A great base for a nice holiday. Good facilities and easy to relax

Pros: Lovely clean villa. Good facilities. Plenty of space. Lots of sunloungers and a nice pool. Air conditioning works well. Cable tv in the lounge. Lots of wardrobe space. Nice terrace. All appliances in good working order.

Cons: Tvs upstairs didnt work. Kettle was tempremental. The key fob has to be removed to lock the doors meaning all the lights go out! Glasses could be bit bigger. Some BBQ tools would be good. Plumbing noisy in downstairs WC.

Pros: Very clean villa, comfortable and lots of space! Maria was great d d very helpful - great personal touch leaving the coconut cake for our arrival, thank you!

Cons: No washing machine, downstairs bedroom wasn’t within the description.

Perfect property for a family holiday.

Pros: Clean and modern with a hood flexible layout. It was perfectly sited close to all the local amenities.

lovely weeks stay in Pernera

Pros: the villa is spacious, close to amenities, has lovely outside space including a large balcony, we hired a car which we were able to park on site.

Cons: if you were truly staying self catering I think you would struggle, it would be good for the owner to live there for a week to realise what's missing, as you would need to buy everything to be self catering, usually previous tenants have bought oil, salt and pepper, foil, cling film, dishwasher tablets etc and any excess is left over for the next people, there is literally nothing in the cupboards. this is not the fault of the villa at all but something to be aware of, the Station Pub and Anastasia hotel have loud music playing until 3am, I had to have the Aircon on to drown out the noise.

A great ‘home base’ for a holiday in the sun

Pros: Close to immediate resort, with a few stores and bars etc nearby. Pleasant coastal path into the main resort. Great place to extract to after a day out / on beach. Lovely pool and good facilities.

Pros: The villa was immaculate with all necessities available. The host did everything possible to make the stay as comfortable as possible, especially when one of our party had to be admitted to hospital. Thank you do much Elena for looking after us! If and when we return to this area of Cyprus we will be sure to look to stay here again.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do kilku plaż, promenady i miasta. Dużo okolicznych atrakcji i sklepów. Willa z basenem przestronna, ma wszelkie udogodnienia. Ulubiony supermarket METRO dowozi wszystko pod drzwi. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie panią Ulę, która wszystko nam objaśniła i czuwała nad naszym rodzinnym pobytem.

Pros: Trevlig hjälpsam personal, stor och fräsch villa med stor pool och uteplats till bra pris.

Cons: Vi fick in lite myror i köket.
