Villa Solebianco Protaras

Excellent Villa in a great location.

Pros: Location was the standout feature. Two minute walk from the nearest bars, supermarkets, and restaurants. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The welcome pack and the welcome itself were also great. Cleaning on request. The pool was immaculately clean, and the pool guy came regularly. Has all the crockery, cutlery, and cleaning materials you need. We didn't even need to buy a loo roll! Air-conditioning in all rooms was very good. Comms were great, too.

Cons: No bath, which my wife would have liked, and the shower cubicles were on the small side, but they were minor issues.

Pros: Fantastic location, beautifully clean, great facilities, well-stocked cupboards and fridge, lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, stunning pool. Despina gave us useful information and made us feel very welcome in this beautiful villa.

Cons: Pillows not so comfortable - could do with a different style - but this is relatively minor.

Amazing property which made our holiday luxuries with private at the same time. We will definitely return one day!

Pros: Beautiful villa, very clean and comfortable. Private swimming pool was amazing for kids and adults. Many inflatable swimming toys available at the property to use it. Air conditioning worked very well. We have no complaints at all about anything- all was exceptionally well organised. We have been nicely supervised with complementary food supplies Excellent location with just 1 minute walk to the nearest beach, shops and restaurants. Lidl is approx 5 minutes drive from the property. Stuff very helpful and respond quickly.

Cons: The most touching thing was the complimentary food supplies for us which I am finding extremely thoughtful and kind- thank you!

Home from home!

Pros: Villa is absolutely beautiful! Everything is well kept, pools unbelievable! 3 huge bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space in each. Living/kitchen/dining area was stunning all opened up onto outdoor space. Bread, milk, butter, water, coffee, sugar, tea, and fruit left. EVERYTHING was there you literally just needed yourselves and clothes. Met owner a couple of times and she couldn’t have done more. We was so sad to leave! It was a home from home! 150m from beaches, 2 minute walk from shops, restaurants and pubs

Cons: We had to come home!

Fabulous Villa in great location

Pros: Clean modern villa in great location, turn right beach is 2 mins walk, lovely coves for swimming, turn left supermarket, bars and restaurants, you can walk onto Protaras or £2 on the bus, Ayia Napa is also 20 min bus ride away. Great sized pool and nice little touches filling the fridge for arrival etc

Cons: Needs Umbrella's for Sunbeds

Beautiful villa with everything you need

Pros: The property and hospitality exceeded our expectations. The little touches like boxes of chocolates, hot chocolate and Easter decorations were brilliant. They even left coffee, ham, bread, fruit, water etc. the bathrooms all had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner , toothpaste and even new tooth brushes. There was plenty of kitchen roll, toilet roll, washing powder etc . You literally don’t need to bring anything . The pool was cold the first few days until the weather warmed up then it was refreshing . Lots of pool inflatables and loads of towels for pool , beach and bathrooms . 20 minutes walk along promenade to fig tree bay or a couple of restaurants opened nearby as the season began to start . Beds and bedding are brilliant. You can see from my photos the bed upstairs and sofa are new since originally photos . Balcony upstairs is brilliant for coffee or sundowners to look at the sea . Thank you so much we loved our stay .

Cons: Really can’t think what could have been better . The only tiny thing I couldn’t find was a chopping board !

Lovely Villa

Pros: Location was great, very close to beach. Modern and clean. Facilities were very good. Great size pool. Lovely welcome who brought us a gorgeous food hamper. Great to have things like cleaning products, bottled water, etc at the villa.

Cons: The beds in the downstairs room are extremely low and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. It would be great to have cushions and also umbrellas for the outdoor furniture.

Pros: Beautiful house with an amazing pool at a great location! The pool was extremely clean and remained as such during our entire stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A beautiful beach is also located very close, within walking distance. I highly recommend, especially for families with kids.

Wonderful Villa with the most accommodating hosts

Pros: Absolutely beautiful villa in a fantastic location. We have rented various villas in Cyprus and this one was by far the best. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The property was immaculate on arrival and provided beach towels, excellent barbecue facilities and the pool was wonderful. We will definitely be returning next year

Cons: Outside dining chairs would have been more comfortable if they had cushions or seat pads
