positive

Pros: The place was clean, which is very important to me. The terrace is spacious and very convenient. The owner was very thorough in his explanations and responsive. We were left with positive impressions.

Cons: It’s located on a main boulevard, so the noise level is a bit high, but that’s not the owner’s fault and it wasn’t a big issue for us.
