A little piece of hidden paradise

Pros: It was so different to other villas we have stayed in, in Kapparis. It felt like home and was welcoming and relaxing. The owners really go above and beyond, the little details were a nice touch and I love the interior design of the place.

Amazing Place to Relax

Pros: A truly fabulous Villa - everything exactly as advertised in the listing, and Maria is an excellent host. Supermarket next door stocks just about everything you need and there are plenty of very good restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk. The two nearest beaches are both within an easy 10 minute walk and are great for snorkelling. We can't wait to return.

Cons: We genuinely have no complaints or negative feedback - a fabulous place to stay.

Stunning villa, great hosts, fab location!

Pros: This villa has been so well thought out, it had everything we needed (and more) during our stay. We had a little welcome basket waiting for us when we got there and the check in was super easy. The beds were comfortable which is a great plus! The hosts have a perfect schedule for pool and garden maintenance so you know exactly when it will be done and the pool was cleaned regularly so stayed beautifully clean. The pool itself is amazing, there are two shallow steps and then it slopes down so we really made the most of it with our two children. The villa hosts are also so lovely and had great communication with us from booking to when we got home.

Cons: There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property. Having stayed in the area previously and read reviews about the noise we knew the bar that is close and what the potential noise could be. We travelled in peak season (August) and the noise was 9.30pm - 12.30pm most nights, you can hear the music/karaoke in the house but we were often out for most that time, and then if we were back home we sometimes sat in the garden listening to it, making the most of it. The music does stop at 12.30pm - there were no exceptions to this so that was a bonus that we knew what time it would stop and we stayed up until it finished (it’s only 10.30pm UK time so that would be a standard bedtime anyway)

Ein toller Ort!

Pros: Wir hatten in der Seaside Villa einen tollen Urlaub! Maria war eine spitzen Gastgeberin, die ganze Zeit über erreichbar und extrem symapthisch! Wir waren zu Viert in der Villa. Manos hat uns persönlich vor Ort begrüsst. Der Kühlschrank war bereits für uns mit einigen Getränken und etwas an Essen gefüllt. Sehr aufmerksam! Die Villa bietet alles was man braucht. Ob Strandtuch, Sonnenschirm oder Lockenstab - es ist in der Villa beinahe alles vorhanden! Jetzt im Sommer war der Garten ein Traum. Durch die vielen Pflanzen wirkt dieser wie eine wunderschöne Oase. Der Gärtner, sowie Poolreiniger kamen jeweils 1 Mal die Woche vorbei. Die Villa ist gut abgesichert. Ein Einkaufsmarkt, sowie diverse tolle Restaurants befinden sich nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss davon entfernt. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen!
