Papas Family Villa

The perfect place to stay with family and friends, have already recommended to others.

Pros: Plenty of space for everyone - inside and out. Pool and outdoor area perfect for both sun and shade, used every day. Air conditioning really worked well in the heat, both day and night. Garden is beautiful, shame we were too early to taste the fruit.

Cons: Wall cupboards in Kitchen were too tall to access, a step would have been handy. The kitchen fridge/freezer took a while to cool the contents but on reporting problem an engineer was quickly on site and sorted the problem. The ice maker did not work.

Absolutely exceptional- photos do not do it justice!

Pros: Honestly, where do I start?? This villa is exceptional. The photos don't do this villa justice. From the second you pull up outside and the gates open you know your going to have an amazing time. We had 7 days and wasn't ready to leave, the pool and all the facilities are great, the arrival grocery pack is a lovely touch too. We were a party of 11, 4 adults 7 kids ranging from 2-16 and honestly it suited everyone. Absolutely unreal, thankyou so much for what can only be described as a perfect holiday!

Cons: Honestly nothing! Couldn't fault a thing.

Excellent villa, beautiful, easy and unforgettable

Pros: We were a family of 9 staying for one week. The property was easy to find and in a great location with a large supermarket a 2-minute drive away. The villa was spacious enough for many hide-and-seek games, with excellent storage available. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was fantastic and a blessing against the July heat. The pool was extensive, with a range of depths, and was cleaned while we were there. The villa also has a fantastic garden, which is well-maintained and beautiful as a backdrop for pictures (the gardener was charming and respectful). The central kitchen, as was the utility room, is well equipped and fully operational. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: As part of the house rules, we were asked not to make noise after 10 pm, which we respected; however, on two occasions, the neighbours did not. These may have been one-off occasions, as one appeared to be a wedding. They did not spoil our fun, but could be heard in the bedrooms. Ants - They also loved the house, and keeping them out was a challenge. The sun - Sunrise is bright, and the blinds do nothing to keep out the light in the bedrooms (take an eye mask)

Pros: Wonderfully well resourced and spacious villa. The pool was amazing and having the separate annex was helpful. Lots of utensils, comfortable beds and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Cons: Nothing major but a few more plug sockets in our bedroom would have been helpful and the water pressure in the annexe shower was very low.

Pros: Beautiful large home, very clean, great facilities, amazingly large pool, lots of sun beds, beautiful planting and gardens, very large private driveway, lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas, amazing BBQ area and cooking facilities. Highly recommend hiring a car to visit all the amazing beaches and restaurants, to make a few beaches, Fig tree, nissi, Green Bay, Makronissos, and many more. Great restaurants we visited were Napa taverna, Mousikos, los bandidos, Hokkaido, Kalamies.

Cons: There was never enough hot water, it ran on solar panels, we were a group of ten though, but sadly quite a few of us had to have very cold showers. I do feel as though the hosts would have addressed this had we asked, but we were too busy having a good time to worry.

Pros: Fantastic villa, the perfect size for a family of 10. Well equipped with a lovely outside dining area. The pool was amazing, couldn’t get the kids out of it! Great location to beach and shopping.

We were a family of 11 persons and thd villa made our visit a memorable one. The pool was more than.

Pros: We prepared breakfast every morning. The appliances were just great

Cons: The only problem we had was the dish washer which probably needs to be replaced and the blinds in the bedroom need to be blackouts as the room used to be in bright sunlight at 06.00hrs.

Very enjoyable stay with great times in the outside space and pool.

Pros: Lovely Villa with great outside space. Fantastic pool. Nice shaded eating area outside plus seating area. Lots of living space (we were 9) Plenty of parking space. Walkable to supermarket if you only want a few items.

Cons: Although the Villa was great the little extras like tea towels, hand towels, enough pillowcases to have 2 pillows, cleaning stuff etc initially were very lacking for a “luxury” Villa (Who wants to go on holiday and buy dish cloths, cleaning solution or antibacterial for worktops). The ‘Welcome pack’ was poor and not enough for the amount of occupants BUT these issues were rectified once Imagine villas knew of our dissatisfaction and I believe they were taking our comments on board for future holiday makers.

Loved the villa, very well equipped. Loved Ayia Napa & went there most evening.

Pros: The villa is outstanding, pool was great although a little cold when you first get in (our holiday way in May). Our daughter decided to stay in the annex so that she & her boyfriend had their own space.

Cons: Solar pool heating would have been nice, just to reduce the thermal shock. Even though walkable to the local town - walk back in the dart was not desirable.
