Pros: Great pool design for all ages. Great piped music option for pool area, once we discovered it! Lovely bedroom options and great lounge / kitchen/pool area to socialise in. Toddlers loved the play areas.

Cons: 3 window blinds didn’t work properly so had to be manually opened and closed by turning the rolls. They are being replaced apparently. Need to utilise boiler to ensure there is hot water for everyone. Floors were a little dirty inside and out on arrival but once we cleaned them all was fine. Limited tv channels.

Very large villa that accommodated my large family.

Pros: Great size to fit my large family, large dining table, playroom and play park.

Cons: Pool was too cold. Stair case not safe for under 5’s, safety issues outside for small children.

Highly recommended! (with kids it’s a must)

Pros: We loved literally everything! As we traveled with kids the soft play, outside swings and slide and the shallow pool in the beginning was just what we needed.

Pros: Comfortable house, helpful staff with quick respond.

Cons: Not very clean. The third day as we were in the pool they came to clean it and we were not allowed to get in the pool for three hours.

Excellent properly for large groups.

Pros: It was an excellent property, perfect for our family of 15 (including children) pool was lovely and used every day. Play area is a great part of the house too for the children. You do need a car to get anywhere but as we knew this before travelling it was fine. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Cons: There isn’t enough equipment in the kitchen, we ate in every night for 2 weeks and it was quite difficult to feed 15 people with what was provided. Another shelf in the oven would be handy and more baking trays.

Pros: We had a fabulous stay at the villa, the children loved the pool and soft play. Has everything you need

Cons: The only thing that let it down was the size of the bbq, we thought it was too small for the size of the Villa

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Check-in und -out waren völlig unkompliziert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool, der Spielbereich draußen und drinnen inklusive Bällebad und Gym haben vor allem die Kinder begeistert. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch nahe zum Zentrum von Agia Napa. Viele tolle Strände sind ganz in der Nähe.

Die Villa war klasse!

Pros: Die Villa war mega groß. Es war genügend Besteck für eine große Gruppe vorhanden. Der Pool ist mega. Zusammengefasst hat die Villa unsere Erwartung positiv übertroffen. Dort kann man auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Zeit haben.

Cons: Die Villa ist leider sehr abgelegen, weshalb man auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen ist. Andernfalls kommt man dort nur schwer weg, da viele Taxis bzw. Bolt Fahrer ungerne hinfahren.

Pros: Εξαιρετικός χώρος! Μεγάλο ευρύχωρο σπίτι, ιδανικό για μεγάλες οικογένειες ή μεγάλες παρέες! Κάλυπτε τις ανάγκες μικρών και μεγάλων, αφού είχε γυμναστήριο, εξωτερικό και εσωτερικό παιδότοπο και φυσικά την υπέροχη πισίνα. Το σπίτι είχε ένα τεράστιο τραπέζι και όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό στην κουζίνα για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες πολλών ατόμων. Αγαπημένος χώρος στο σπίτι ο εξωτερικός χώρος με την μεγάλη πισίνα ❤.

Cons: Μας άρεσαν όλα 😊! Αν ψάχνετε πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα χρειάζεστε σίγουρα αυτοκίνητο γιατί είναι σχετικά απομακρυσμένη η περιοχή σε ύψωμα. 15' με το αυτοκίνητο για παραλία.

Wonderful large Villa with Beautiful Pool

Pros: The Villa is huge! Set over 3 floors, the basement has a soft play area, gym, utility room and separate shower & toilet. The main floor has the kitchen / dining area with everything you need including a large fridge / freezer and enormous dining table. There is lounge seating and then the Pool table which kept the family entertained. There is also a 2 double bedrooms on this floor, one is on suite, the other is served by a shower & toilet separate. There are 2 sliding doors leading out to the large terrace and the big pool which was always spotless! 3rd floor hosts 5 large double bedrooms, 2 are ensuite and the others served by a large bathroom. 4 of the bedroom lead out to the balcony. Water is always hot (read the manual) and the Aircon is perfect. Wonderful villa.

Cons: Location, it is out of the way and a car is essential. This was no problem for us, but we do usually like to walk to restaurants, but this is not possible here. Dont let that put you off though, taxis are around 11 euro into town if you don't want to drive.
