Brilliant chilled out holiday

Pros: Absolutely superb villa. Very well equipped and maintained. Brilliant location between our two favourite beaches.

Cons: Very little to be fair. The en suite bathroom is a bit small but this didn’t affect us as there were only the two of us and we used the main bathroom.

Villa with beautiful garden!

Pros: Malama beach is 3 minutes walk. Villa is secured will fence around. Garden is full of fruit trees with wonderful flowers smells. Lots of extra equipment in the house: coffee machine, juice maker etc. Fast internet and lots of TV channels .

Very nice villa and location for family

Pros: Location was great The pool was good for our children The vila is big and have fully equipped Comfortable bed, a.c at all rooms

Cons: There is extra electricity payment - we surprised to know only after we ordered the villa. The bathroom at master room is very small and unusable. The TV is limited for only subscribers members (there is no option to watch regular channels, only Netflix, youtube and so..)

Pros: This property is very well equipped and feels like a real home; there were many extras eg SUP board which enhanced our stay. The outdoor area has generous seating and relaxing space and there are 2 large TVs inside. The property manager is extremely friendly and helpful and the pool was cleaned weekly. The local beach, Malama, is only a short walk away and is one of the nicest beaches in Cyprus. Beautiful clear water and a fantastic beach bar. Highly recommend this property and area.

Domáci pripravili uvítací balíček a bola s nimi dobrá komunikácia.

Pros: Pekne zariadený dom s kvalitnými spotrebičmi, čisý bazén a pomocný personál.

Cons: Výstavba a dokončovanie domov cez ulicu spôsobovalo to že sme mali od skorého ránna stavebný ruch, ktorý pred obedom pominul.

отличная вилла недалеко от моря

Pros: Полностью обставленная вилла, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи: несколько видов сковород и кастрюль, очень много совершенно разных по размеру и глубине тарелок. В пешей доступности пляж и большой продуктовый магазин (дискаунт центр). В самой вилле было идеально чисто. Мы заселялись в виллу в районе 3 часов ночи и были благодарны оставленной нам предусмотрительно бутылке воды, упаковке сока и макарон + бутылочке вина. Удалось оперативно накормить детей и уложить спать, а мы с супругой насладились вином. Wi-Fi был очень шустрым.

Cons: Есть два небольших (действительно небольших) неудобства: - идущее через дорогу возведение двух вилл; - бассейн практически всё время в тени, поэтому вода была бодрящей все время отпуска (в октябре). Море было очень теплым, поэтому бассейн нас не разочаровал и мы были готовы к тому, что в октябре он не будет теплым, а вот работа строителей по будням с 7 утра почему-то всегда начиналась с самых шумных работ.) После 10 утра их уже было не слышно. Хотел бы отметить, что в ближайшей вилле к арендуемой к моменту нашего отъезда уже приступили к внутренней отделке и стало намного тише. Зато мы просыпались в 7 утра и получали максимум солнца)
