Pros: Villa is very nice and in very good and quiet location. There is beautiful small beach in 400m. The pool is lovely.

Cons: It would be nice if there would be some beach towels.

Enjoyable

Pros: Position, beautiful large pool, good communication with owner nice villa close to beach, shops and restaurants. Quiet location.

Cons: Meant to be 5 bedroom villa but definitely not only 4 bedroom the other so called bedroom is away from main villa in the garage. In fact it was the garage with a bed and shower as well as old bbq , furniture etc stored in it . We did not use made do with 4 bedrooms not ideal but still enjoyed our stay

The whole family greatly enjoyed the stay, especially of course the day at the wedding in Pernera.

Pros: Good location near to the beach, and near to other facilities. There was a very good pool on the site, and quite a lot of room in the villa. The kitchen was well set up, and 3 bathrooms was a good point, to go with the 4 bedrooms.

Cons: As a new owner, there had been no time to set up the TV for us - as this was a wedding visit we did not object to that as we were out a lot. The wi-fi gave problems but the owner sent a technician to try and fix it. One air-con unit was reluctant to give a good degree of cooling.
