Great quality for money. Best thing is a beach - amazing place, calm with a few people, you can swim 150m from the shore

Pros: Lot of space, and all appliances available at the property for cooking (grill, dishes, dishwasher, large fridge etc.) and leisure (lounge place on terrace, swimming pool, outside shower). Hair dryer in every room. Three bathrooms are ideal four a group of 7 people.

Cons: Property is a bit old, yet looks quite good. Water pipes need cosmetic attention, but worked with no questions - we had hot water whenever we needed it.

Excellent family villa in a lovely part of Cyprus

Pros: Well maintained property in a great location. Walking distance from the beautiful coastline and beaches but also to restaurants and bars. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and professionally by the rental company. Plenty of space indoors and outside for our family of 5 adults. We have stayed in Kapparis many times before and love the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great location 3 bed villa

Pros: Villa located within a few minutes walk to the main street, where all the restaurants and shops are, so absolutely perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped, dining areas both inside and outside by the pool. Altogether, a great 3 bedroom villa, we did enjoy our stay.

We loved it, had everything we needed.

Pros: Comfortable, good outside space, lots of sun beds and chairs, lovely pool and garden. Good, quiet location but close to restaurants and beach. Received useful information/emails about the property before the holiday - directions etc.

Cons: All I can think of is that we could have done with a few more clothes pegs!!

Pros: The location is perfect, the cleanest sand beach Kohili are near the villa. Malami beach with beautiful sand and stones bottom of the sea are also near the Alison villa. Owners present domestic vine for the clients. Next time we will choose the same Alison villa in Paralimni.

Lovely place value the money

Pros: Comfortable, clean property 5 minutes walk away from the beach.

Cons: Bathrooms are a little bit old. And I would suggest to add a water cooler.

Perfect quaint villa with lovely pool and incredibly beautiful beaches

Pros: Amazing location, only 5 minutes walk from a really cute beach bar and secluded beach. Great running track along the coast towards Protaras. The amenities at the place were simply great. Plenty of restaurants across the road but also the cooking facilities were outstanding.

Cons: The only downside was needing a tea towel but otherwise the villa had everything!
