Pros: We had a great time — A stunning place! The villa was tastefully decorated with a modern and fresh design. Clean and well-equipped. The pool was clean and beautiful. Friendly and courteous service. Highly recommended!!

Pros: Great New willa with clean pool. We hade some isue with the cleaning, but all was sortet by host immediatle. The place was a bit damp, you could feel it, but that's probably the nature of the location. At the end we had a nice stay.

Cons: We arrive and the fridge wasnt clean properly, bed covers wasnt fresh, but all was change immediatle, so I can camplain.

Very relaxing time away with a friend

Pros: Great location, clean & well equipped. Very peaceful location but with Kennedy Avenue only a couple of minutes away on foot. Small beach a five minute walk away. Didn’t make the most of the roof terrace although great for capturing sunset. Outside space well kept & relaxing. Georgia was very responsive to any requests. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: It would probably spoil the aesthetic but hand rail on stairs would make it perfect.

Staying here made our holiday a memorable one for sure 🫶🏼

Pros: Great location, lots of lovely bars and amazing restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay there very comfortable. Clean and tidy with gorgeous sea views 🥰

Overall, the villa is very nice and comfortable in a nice quiet location close to a small number of shops and restaurant

Pros: Nice spacious living room and kitchen area. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice poolside area with easy pool access.

Cons: Bathrooms were a bit small and cramped. Showers not as shown on images. Shower doors didn’t close properly. Parasol was broken and needs replacing. Kettle does not switch off automatically when boiling. Swimming pool a bit cloudy snd left green stain on clothing and floats.

Fantastic Villa. Would come again!

Pros: Superb architecture. Miraculously Clean! Loved every bit of it!

Cons: Maybe one or two more big towels and toilet paper could do!

Lovely relaxing time in a beautiful villa

Pros: Beautiful quiet place. New, modern, spacious villa with private pool 5 min walk to the nearest beach Everything was really great

Cons: There were small things, but the owners responded very quickly and took care of everything

Perfect

Pros: Stunning villa and very modern. Amazing views during the day and for sunsets from the rooftop terrace or the 3 balconies. The pool although not huge is more than adequate and is so nice. Huge kitchen and living areas, so plenty of comfortable places to just chill out in. Great location, two minute walk away from the beach and beach bar. And 30 second stroll away from the strip area with plenty of really good restaurants and some really nice small bar/pubs.

Cons: No major negatives, just with the villas being brand new, some further additions could be made with some small extras such as maybe a few more sun loungers as the villa sleeps 6 but there are only two and maybe an outside couch like the neighbouring villas have and something similar for the rooftop terrace. Again no complaints just little things to make this stand out even more.

Great place - will visit again!

Pros: Some say the villa is far from the beach - well it is not true, there are 2 amazing beaches in a walking distance -5-10 min. The pool was amazing, the green trees around was great, the specious living room with kitchen was SUPERB.

Cons: There was not a bathtub, although it stated that there is, but that is not so important...

Pros: La parte de abajo, lo mejor con un salón muy amplio y la piscina y el jardín, la ubicación muy buena, 500m a la playa y muy cerca de la calle principal con tiendas, bares y restaurantez

Cons: Todos los días salían hormigas en la encimera de la cocina y el mando del grifo estaba roto
