Villa Marina

Pros: Great location near the beach, shops and restaurants, the villa is beautiful and well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Everything looks just like in the pictures.

Cons: One idea for improvement: a means to rinse off sand before entering the building would be good

Everything is good about this villa :)

Pros: We were 6 friends at the villa. All facilities in the villa worked perfectly. The location is good- 10 minutes walk near nissi beach. House is clean and communication is very good. The reviews which were about karaoke noise at night - didn’t disturb us at all, nit as high sound as I was expecting :) So, in total, recommend this villa to all!

Decent, no frills accommodation in Nissi beach

Pros: Spacious, close to Nissi beach and the main road for restaurants and shopping. Added convenience that they included dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. Kitchen was well equipped. Private parking, quiet street (in the daytime). Rooms had blackout shutters and a lot of available storage.

Cons: Could have been cleaner especially the bathrooms (previous people’s toothpaste stains on the dish soap and toothbrush holders) etc, a pair of someone else’s underwear on the floor in the bathroom. Extremely loud karaoke bar behind the property which should be mentioned in the listing, people were singing until at least 1am every night - good thing we use white noise for our kids otherwise it would have been a big problem. Air conditioners in every room were on a timer so it doesn’t stay on all night, which was especially inconvenient having to go into our kids’ bedrooms in the middle of the night to switch them back on. Could have benefited with access to the communal pool the neighbours use. Not providing beach towels or beach umbrellas in a property that is in a beach town is a bit strange.

Bardzo blisko plaży, czysto ale głośno (codzienne karaoke za oknem)

Pros: Wszystkie udogodnienia na dłuższy pobyt takie jak suszarka na pranie, naczynia, płyny, proszki, tabletki do zmywarki, leki itd. Dużo adapterów do kontaktów. przyjemny taras za domem. Bardzo blisko Nissi Beach. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysto. Miła i pomocna obsługa, dobry kontakt przez WhatsApp

Cons: Codziennie do 3-4 w nocy z każdej sypialni bardzo głośno słychać karaoke. Ludzie jęczeli tak że nie dało się spać. Jeśli kojarzycie karaoke z polski to u nas śpiewają sami artyści. Z klimatyzacji śmierdzi.

Очень довольны поездкой и пребыванием.

Pros: Отличный дом. Понравилось наличие отдельного крана для фильтрованной питьевой воды и сейфа. Папка с инструкциями на все - вещь! Отличное расположение. Рестораны с детскими площадками, супермаркеты, автобусная остановка, пляж. Отличная обратная связь по всем нашим нуждам. Очень довольны поездкой и пребыванием. Караоке действительно слышно. Нам это не мешало. Дочь-подросток вообще не просыпалась. Малыши у нас спят с включенным белым шумом по умолчанию, это еще домашняя привычка. По-моему, только добавляет к атмосфере курортного города.

Cons: Заезжали в середине ночи. На утро ожидали найти кофе/чай/сахар на завтрак. Так было в отзывах :) не нашли. Купили свое, следующим гостям осталось

Очень хорошая Villa , хороший персонал ,расположена не далеко от пляжа .Рядом супермаркет кафешки и прокат любого трансп
