Seaview Luxury Villas Ayia Napa

Pros: It is a very modern and spacious villa with lots of amenities, from pool, hot tub, table tennis... If you get it for off season price it is great value for money

Cons: The cleaning was not on a level of the villa itself. Kitchen was not cleaned properly and there was water still in coffee machine that was already green. Also they have some strange sistem for hot water that you have to turn on every time. I would expect villa like that to have hot water always on

Pros: Wonderful time in a very comfortable villa. Lots of space, fully automatic device control, elevator, jacuzzi, comfortable beds, large pool, sea view. We will definitely come back, ten points.

Modern villa

Pros: Big villa, modern and 10 minutes from agya napa and Protaras. Very kind management, respectful.

Cons: Small details that did not influence our stay.

We wished to have booked it for some days more...Dreamable and relaxed holidays!!!

Pros: Luxurious facilities, excellent pool area, ping pong table available, comfortable rooms and kitchen, quiet location to relax!!!!

Cons: Pool needs to be maintenanced and cleaned, the pool deck was very hot for bear foot, needs more shadow place in the pool area!

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this villa estate. The property to a very high standard with all high-spec, smart house facilities—it made everything feel effortless and luxurious. The Jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind, whether lounging by the pool or gathering in the beautifully designed living areas. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a touch of luxury.

Cons: Overall, we had a good stay at the villa estate, but there were a few things that could be improved. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a lock and had a split in the door, which affected privacy. There was also chipped paint around the exterior of the house, which made it feel slightly worn in places. A bit of general TLC and maintenance would go a long way in bringing the villa back up to its full potential. The lift light kept flickering throughout the stay, which gave a few people a bit of a headache. In addition, one of the bedroom sliding doors with glass had a visible crack, which wasn’t ideal. It would’ve been great to have dressing tables or at least full-length mirrors in the bedrooms—currently, mirrors were only available in the bathrooms, which wasn’t always convenient.

Luxurious couple of days at this villa

Pros: The space, layout and amenities. Pool was lovely and kitchen was great. It was perfect for our group to just spend time together while we were over here for a wedding and then come back and chill in the evening.

Cons: Hot tub lights weren't working, we did ask them about fixing but noone actually came around to fix.

Pros: Absolutely stunning place, equipped with everything you could need during your getaway. Good location, very easy to get around with parking provided and would also recommend getting Bolt app for taxis. Great value for money out of season!

Cons: The main entrance door wouldn’t shut, reported to the staff and unfortunately it took a day for someone to come and fix it. Received a message saying the hot tub was out of use but fortunately the massive pool made up for it.
