Pros: An absolute gem of a villa, with excellent facilities all finished to a high standard! The location is also fantastic being a short walk to the beach and shops. We would definitely recommend and will 100% be coming back.

perfect place to stay with friends or family
Pros: it was modern and everything was of a good standard. we loved the pool and social areas!
Cons: potentially only negatives were that it was a bit further away from nissi beach and the clubs than stated but was still a good distance.

Excellent stay!
Pros: We had a great stay at Oasis Luxury, the villa is very spacious, with an elegant and modern design and equipped with everything you need. It's located halfway between Nissi beach and Ayia Napa downtown, so you can easily walk between the main attractions and at the same time enjoy quiet surroundings. Check-in was very easy and we received instructions and suport very fast from our host whenever we needed.
Cons: Some extra towels for the bathroom, pool and jacuzzi area would have been nice. We had to wash frequently the towels because we only had one per person for a 5-days stay.

Enjoyable and memorable stay.
Pros: Big spacious villa with pretty much everything you would need in a home away from home. Any issues we had were handled brilliantly by the management team. The wifi connection was really good. Every room had a TV with plenty of streaming services to choose from. The heated pool and jacuzzi was so much fun to use. Also one thing to note the villa is south facing I think; plenty of sunshine all day. Overall delightful, comfortable and safe experience. We highly recommend it.
Cons: Since this is a newly built villa, it was missing couple of basic kitchen items like a chopping wood and cereal soup bowls and we also had water leaking situation (under the sink area in the kitchen) but like I mentioned all these issues were dealt with immediately. I wish the water fall in the swimming pool was in working condition as shown in the photo.

Pros: Nowy , komfortowy dom. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Do morza spacerkiem kilkanaście minut. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Świetny wybór na wyjazd ze znajomymi jak i rodzinny z uwagi na dostępny własny basen oraz jacuzzi znajdujące się na tarasie.

Nagy, tágas, kényelmes, jól felszerelt ház
Pros: Nagy, kényelmes szállás hely, fent három hálószoba három fürdővel, nagy terasszal és jacuzzival. Lent hatalmas nappali és amerikai konyha. Napozórész és medence. Séta távra a főutca és kb. 15 perc séta a tengerpart. Medence fűtést szezonon kívül javaslom.

Cons: In one room the bedsheets were with blood stains so it wasn't nice to sleep in them

Eine schöne Villa an guter Lage, mit einigen kleinen zusätzlichen Basics wäre es top.
Pros: Die Lage war gut, so dass man gut zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Ayia Napa laufen kann. Die neue Villa ist sehr schön, hell, modern, hat einen coolen Pool und genügend Parkplätze. Fragen per WhatsApp werden innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet.
Cons: Die Villa ist für 6 Personen, wir hatten zwar Liegestühle für 6 Personen aber Polster nur für 4 Personen. Auf Anfrage hiess es, dass nicht mehr Polster zu Verfügung stehen....? Es gibt gerade für jede Person ein Duschtuch und ein Handtuch, keine Pooltücher. Für das WC im EG gibt es kein zusätzliches Handtuch und auch zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs gab es keine Tücher und Putztücher. Wir haben dann auf Anfrage ein Abtrocknungstuch und zwei Putztücher erhalten, nachdem wir bereits einige selber gekauft hatten. Die schöne Küche ist minimal mit Utensilien ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool bräuchte entweder Chemie (Chlor, ...) oder aber man müsste dass Wasser bei täglichem Gebrauch immer wieder wechseln können. Auf diese Anfrage kam leider keine Reaktion, ausser, dass sie es beim Besitzer abklären würden.

Pros: מדובר בוילה בה אתה יכול לבשל לבד. המטבח מאובזר מאוד עם כל מה שנדרש. מקרר, מיקרוגל, כיריים ומדיח כלים. יש כלים במטבח שמאפשרים לבשל ולאכול. הוילה מצויידת בבריכה, טלוויזיות ב 4 חדרים ובסלון, יש ג'קוזי מצוין. הבריכה עצמה מצויינת. המיקום קרוב לחוף הים, למגרשי פאדל ובמרחק הליכה סביר ממרכז העיר. יש 3 מקלחות ו 4 חדרי שירותים. הוילה מרווחת מאוד, חדשה, במיקום שקט ומרכזי. קרובה לחוף SANDY ולחוף MUSAN ולחוף NISSI.
