The best accommodation we ever had
Pros: The best accommodation we ever had. The house is spacious, well-equipped, there are more than enough bathrooms (as well as towels, plates, knifes, forks, etc. in the kitchen). The pool is also very nice addition. The local gift from Andreas was a very nice surprise... actually such a host is a real.treasure for this place... I would recommend this place for anyone for sure...
Cons: Everything was excellent... absolutely everything.

A highlight of our trip to Cyprus
Pros: We loved the stay. It was very cosy and the owner was amazing and very helpful. I very much recommend.
Cons: The cats can be loud at night sometimes, but that's the beauty of Cyprus

Pros: Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional! 🌟 The place is beautiful, immaculate, and truly stunning - it’s hard to imagine anything better. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can honestly say you won’t find a better one! A huge thank you also goes to the owner, Andreas - he was simply wonderful. Incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Thanks to him, we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect getaway! 💛

Pros: The villa was clean and felt brand new, with a bathroom in almost every room and air conditioning throughout. Our host, Andreas, was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The heated pool was definitely worth the extra cost.

Pros: Andreas is by far the best host we have ever had! He was incredibly helpful, always available, and made our stay absolutely perfect. The villa itself is stunning — spacious, luxurious, and just a short walk from the center of Ayia Napa. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, style, and an exceptional host experience!

Pros: Amazing. Clean smell, clean rooms, enough towels for everyone. Incredible host, very helpful! Working air conditioning in every room. Tasteful design and amazing pool with jacuzzi!

Pros: What a brilliant stay. The nicest villa I've ever stayed in, it was so clean and modern. Plenty of space for 10 people, with a large kitchen/ lounge, 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and a large pool area. BBQ facilities, parking for two cars, plenty of towels and sunbeds. 10-15 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and amenities which was perfect as it was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and riffraff of ayai napa strip. The host was amazing too - great communication and always happy to help. He let us stay in the villa a few hours longer which was very handy with our late night flight. Will definitely try and return next year, although I'm reluctant to write a nice review as I don't want everyone else to know about this gem!
Cons: Beds were firm, so if you like a soft bed, you might not enjoy it but no complaints at all from our group
