Villa Gracia

Pros: The property had everything we needed and was already stocked with basic amenities on arrival. Rooms were spacious and the pool was a good size. Really great location easy to get to and from and good public transport links We loved the converted garage/annex which houses the 3rd bedroom as this offered exclusivity. The kitchen had all appliances and basic seasoning needs. It is the best house stay I've been in. Communication was clear and easy.

Amazing Place

Pros: Fantastic place with all the amenities! The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. The owner was very friendly and helpful, always available to help with anything needed. I highly recommend it!

Very enjoyable and relaxing

Pros: Set in a quiet location with all the facilities you need to have an enjoyable holiday. The owner was extremely helpful and a replied quickly to answer any questions. The private pool was kept clean

Cons: Nothing that I can think of

We had great time.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. All rooms were clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. Outside, the space was all you needed for your rest. the place to make your food was nice and spacious. The pool was great. The host was very friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need. We had a great time. Thank you.

A really lovely home from home in the sun

Pros: Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, everything you could possibly want or need. Beds really comfortable. Steps into the pool instead of a ladder made pool access easy for everyone

Cons: Only one bathroom. When 5 of us in villa could really have done with another toilet

Lovely Villa

Pros: The Villa is nice, homely and modern. A lot of time and effort has gone into making your stay perfect. We arrived to a beautiful “Welcome’ fruit platter in the fridge which was lovely. Ivan the maintenance guy is really nice and the owner very welcoming, kind and accommodating. And if the pretty ginger cat turns up (see photo)…..She does to see if it’s safe. If it is, she brings a really old cat back with her, lol! I’ve been told it’s Mum and daughter. They are looked out for by someone, they’ve both been done. Be kind to them, they’re lovely. They just want kindness and shade.

Great villa, calm location with lots of beautiful beaches just minutes away with the car

Pros: Fantastic villa with everything one can need on a vacation. Dishwasher, grill, smart tv with great wifi connection, full size fridge and freezer, the kitchen had plenty of utensils, induction stove, full size oven, coffee machine, cooker, anything you need basically! And the villa is located near to local store, but also not far from supermarket like Lidl. Perfect private location and a great clean pool that our kids enjoyed the whole stay. The host was super kind and attentive. Plenty of space for parking the car next to the villa inside of the gates. All three of our kids could share a room,as there was a spare bed to put between the two beds that already were in the bedroom. Both bedrooms have perfectly working airconditioners and the livingroom/kitchen area has one too. We had one of our best vacations at this villa!

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Best stay and host! Highly recommend!

Pros: Came with 5 girls and we had the best time. The villa is clean, fully equipped, and the location is great. Just outside Aya Napa and walking distance from supermarket and bus stop. You can get to Aya Napa or the best beaches by car easily in 10 mins. The villa has an amazing pool too. The owner was excellent, helpful, and available at any time to help us and giving us tips and recommendations. We were a bit sceptical since the villa had only a few reviews, but we definitely made the best choice as the villa was everything and more that we were expecting! Highly recommend!

It's an amazing place to stay!

Pros: We loved everything about this villa. It literally had everything that we needed. It was clean, had a pool, it was quiet, and just amazing.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: Rien
