Central, good value and nicely refurbished.
Pros: Right in the centre of town, on a quiet street. Quite easy to find, but the room wasn't that easy... mine was outside and up the stairs, but it took 5 minutes to work that out, be nice to have a small room sign there! But anyway, apart from that, was very good indeed... clean and comfortable room, free coffee in the reception room, nice old building... all very good. There were no staff on site during the stay that I saw but that wasn't an issue to me.
Cons: Nothing.

Good value for money
Pros: Comfortable room. Clean. Nice inner yard for the guests. Good value for money.
Cons: The code to enter the main door and the room was sometimes working and sometimes not. So we needed to try 3-4 times with the same code before it was accepted. This was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe there is a solution for it. The coffe mashine in the lobby was not working at the time of our stay - but when it works it i a nice bonus for the guests. In the morning there was a slight smell of sigarets in the room, even if the window was closed it came apparently from one of the rooms downstairs or from the shared courtyard.

Pros: Very clean, very nice furniture and style! Really liked it.
Cons: Room 8 had little space for clothes, just 2 small drawers and an open clothes rail. A real closet with more storage would have been nicer. For one person it worked ok. But it is still a very nice room!

Overall happy with our stay! Provided good support were required.
Pros: I liked the traditional feel of the place. It was simple and well located, just a few minutesโ walk from Larnaca centre and the strip. The facilities were clean, and overall I was very happy with the stay. One additional point to note: on arrival we had an issue with the door code, but after calling for assistance it was resolved within seconds, which was much appreciated.
Cons: We stayed in the front downstairs room (Room 2). At times it was fairly noisy, mainly due to people entering and leaving, with the digital code beeping and the front door banging. Although this didnโt happen particularly late at night, it could be disruptive and may keep light sleepers awake during busier periods.

Ideal for a small getaway, a value for money place to be in Larnaca.
Pros: ฮคhe central location and how clean was. Nice architecture/building.
Cons: The first day we have a problem with hot water, but the host solved it immediately.

Pros: Very nice and cozy place in the old city centrum, looks like in the pictures. There was welcome water bottle as a compliment and a pair of slippers. Nice yard to sit and enjoy evenings.
Cons: Not soundproof, one can hear other guests sneezing in the next room:) and very specific place for a hairdryer-not easy to use.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was clean and comfortable
Pros: We were llocated room #2 - on the ground floor with a window onto the road. The mattress was very thin and made of straw so we asked to change room to a better mattress. We were transfered to room #9 which is more modern with a newer foam rubber mattress. The room was clean and comfortable and we are glad we moved. The room is probably the one they show on their advertisement and room #2 is much less comfortable
Cons: The code for the entrance to the front door did NOT work and we called the facility's phone number. The representative said she would have to call the manager, and it took about 15 mins untill they managed to open the door. Luckily it was not raining!! When we returned from the restaurant, the cleaning lady was waiting for us with an open door so that we would quickly move our suitcase from room #2 to room #9. At room #9, once again the code did NOT work and the cleaning lady opened the door to the room with her mastercard. Ten minutes later she returned and asked us to try the code again - this time it worked.

Pros: Beautiful house and decoration, very typical and authentic. Loved it!
Cons: We had a room at the street and it was somewhat noisy.
