Pros: I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a good location, a minute away from the supermarket, a 20-minute walk to the old town. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean and fresh. The staff is nice and responsive.

Cons: Breakfast. I went to drink coffee at La Croissanterie Lidras 266-268 - I heartily recommend it, the best coffee in Nicosia

Potential great, but minor flaws can kill.

Pros: Clean, good location, good room design, quiet. Easy parking. Pitty that minor flaws decreased rating. Due to room nice design and cleaness higher review score set, but details count. Otherwise clear 10, but 8 was max i set, vs wanted even 6.

Cons: Bed mattress - too soft or more likely worn out. For one night almost passable (maybe). Equipment with EU 220 contacts w/o adapter??? Of course maybe can be asked at reception, but no info and no warning and totally not/expected from high level hotel. Breakfast very basic, but quality good - however could be some degree more warmer.

Convenient location, plenty of space and facilities in the room for someone staying for a few days.

Pros: I had a sitting room, kitchenette and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It was very quiet. The breakfast was fine with plenty of English type choices.

Cons: The receptionist lacked interest and was just about civil. The bed could have been more comfortable. Only one small bottle of water in fridge.

Comfy stay for a day away

Pros: This hotel is strictly for the business traveller so don't expect a view, It is an abandoned building site. We were very close to the German Embassy so for us, a plus on location. The accommodation is more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Cons: Hot breakfast of bacon and eggs etc. was cold... and very basic so, nothing exciting on that front. We were in town for \
