I will be back

Pros: Location is excellent. Bus station towards the city center or airport is 50m down the street and I recommend it over taxi. Airport is 10 minutes away with the bus, and it goes every 30 minutes. Owner is very accurate with info about self check in and sent me a picture of the building which helped a lot since my check in was after midnight and taxi drivers are not very helpful. It is private room with shared balcony, bathroom and living room so you can't expect too much privacy. It was cold night in January, but duvet and blanket made me sleep even better. Perfect place for short stay and I will definitely be back since I have good flight connection through Larnaka.

Cons: Maybe towels could be better but they are fine.

Cons: The address provided doesn't lead you directly to the apartment itself and which bus stop goes towards the airport wasn't clear

Cons: The advertisement showed 3 beds in the sleeping room while there was only a bunk bed. We had to sleep on sofa.

Worth for the seaview

Pros: The flat was well furnished and had the most necessary things to feel comfortable (Internet, kitchen with all sort of dishes and appliences, washing machine, hairdryer etc.). Living room was cute and comfortable, my bedroom was also quite simple but nice. I especially liked the huge balcony/terrace overlooking the seafront. Seafront is really close, but it is not the beach yet - although the nearest beach is in the walking distance, as is the city centre. It was very easy to reach the airport from this place, as the bus stop is just in on the other side of the road. I advise future guests to bring their own adapters: on Cyprus the power outlets are the same as in UK. There is an extension cord with European outlets in the living room, but if you want to charge your devices in the room, you will need an adapter.

Cons: The area looked a bit shabby at the first glance, but it felt safe and was pretty comfortable.
