Great apartment!

Pros: I only stayed here for a short time, as I was just passing through Larnaca, but I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures, or maybe even better. Even though I was traveling alone, I could immediately see that this apartment is perfect for families or small groups. It’s very spacious, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, and everything is spotless and well-maintained. The balcony is a great place to relax with a coffee, surrounded by palm trees and city views. The location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, the old town, and lots of great restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Plus, having private parking in the city center is a rare bonus! The host was super responsive and helpful, even for my short stay. Next time I come to Larnaca, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Awesome, will definitely stay again

Pros: Great place, great location right next to St Lazarus church and barely 5 minutes from the beach. Loved the place, it was spacious, spotless clean, very easy to get into and close to all the main attractions in Larnaca. Good light-blocking curtains in the bedroom so very little light got into the room and I slept well. WiFi was fast and worked well throughout the apartment. Great value for money, absolutely will stay again.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Все было отлично. В квартире есть все необходимое, чисто, комфортно. В 5 мин.ходьбы церковь Св.Лазаря. В пешей доступности магазины, пляж, ресторанчики, рынок. У нас был поздний вылет и нам разрешили выселиться позже, за что отдельное спасибо. Отзывчивые хозяева, которые были всегда на связи.

Pros: Stylish 2BR Apartment with Balcony and Parking to idealne miejsce na pobyt w Larnace! Mieszkanie jest nowoczesne, świetnie wyposażone i bardzo czyste. Dużym atutem jest przestronny balkon, na którym można zrelaksować się przy porannej kawie lub wieczornym drinku. Lokalizacja jest znakomita – zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od kościoła św. Łazarza oraz popularnej plaży Finikoudes, a jednocześnie okolica jest spokojna i bezpieczna. Dodatkowym plusem jest prywatne miejsce parkingowe, co w centrum Larnaki jest naprawdę wygodne. Kontakt z gospodarzem był szybki i bezproblemowy, a zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Apartament sprawdzi się zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie tu wrócę!

Pros: Все було чудово! Місце куди хочеться повернутися знову. Дуже приємна і чуйна господарка. Ми прилетіли зранку і господарка надала можливість заїхати раніше вказаного часу. Для дитини були подарунки. Нам було дуже приємно. Квартира повністю відповідає опису і фотографіям. В квартирі є все необхідне для проживання. Будинок знаходиться у затишному місці.

Pros: Apartment is large and fully equipped with everything that you could need for a long stay. It feels like home. The host is very helpful and gives useful advices for valuable places to go. The view from the terrace is nice and the building is in nice area in Larnaca.
