Good location, near to beach and clubs and restaurants. Quiet.

Pros: Location is good. 2 minute walk to Pernera strip. 2 minute walk to Pernera beach. Above a restaurant/bar but no noise can be heard in the house from the bar. The bar downstairs is good but was always pretty much empty which is a shame as it was excellent. They had karaoke nights and sports events showing on TV and free popcorn. The house is big. Free air con provided in the sitting room area of the house. Fridge/freezer is cold, dishwasher and washing machine included. Mini supermarket 15 seconds walk from the house. If you want AC in the bedrooms, this is charged at €20 a night although fans are provided free of charge in all 3 bedrooms and were sufficient for our needs and we were there when the weather was \

Cons: Front door balcony area has a metal railing that has become loose - needs fixing or if somone leans against it, it may give way.

Pros: House is big for large group, newly renovated, well located close to the beach.

Cons: I was a bit dusty and when open windows lots of dust there too. Other than that it is all was good. We stayed for 1 night only, but overall good value for money
