Villa Diana - 200 meters from Kapparis

Fantastic winter break with everything we needed

Pros: Perfect place for our family winter getaway, lots of room, nice beds and living space. Great location for running, walking and swimming (even in winter). Thank you Andreas, a lovely, friendly host. A+

The villa is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located

Pros: Last year we rented this villa and were very happy with our stay, which is why we decided to return this year. What pleasantly surprised us was the renovation of the first floor — everything in the living room and kitchen looked brand new and sparkling clean. It’s clear that the property is very well maintained. The pool is cleaned regularly, and the villa is ideally located just 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from several restaurants. Quiet, peaceful, and spotless — a perfect place to relax.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Very clean and ticked all the boxes for everything that we needed. Lovely pool area which was cleaned 3 times per week. Second stay at this Villa and will hopefully return in the future. Villa is positioned with easy access to 2 lovely beaches a few minutes walk away. Likewise with some lovely restaurants. Especially Faliros restaurant, which was superb. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful and popped in a couple of times to ensure everything was ok.

Cons: Everything was excellent.

Polecam

Pros: Helpful and caring our host Andrea, clean and well equipped villa, quiet surroundings, vicinity of picturesque beaches, shops and restaurants nearby, close bus stop with final end in Larnaca and within walking distances other bus stops leading to nearby towns

Cons: No remarks

Exceptional

Pros: Great villa in a convinient location. Very close to 2 nice beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is well-kept and there is a parking space on-sight. Very good wi-fi connection. Special thanks to our host, Andreas, who was always reachable and responded quickly to all our requests! Highly recommended.

Villa Diana is the perfect place in a perfect location.

Pros: The villa was amazing with all the comforts of home. The owner was very helpful and was on hand if we required anything. We had such a great time, we have booked to stay here again this year.

Cons: Only one door key, when the wife and I went out for the evening, my daughter stayed at the villa and we had to wake her up to let us in as the key is welded to the power card that provides electricity for the villa.

Fantastic Holiday Villa

Pros: Very clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. Loads of villa amenities. Everything you'd hope for in a holiday villa. Swimming pool and hot tub were definite bonuses!!

Highly recommended!!!

Pros: It was very welcoming, clean and practical. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have been on holidays for 10 years on this area. The best villa ever on this place.

Pros: Excellent villa, 100% just renovated. Clean and nice, best location of Kapparis.

Cons: All was great.
