Seaside Luxury Villa with Heated Pool

We stayed for 3 weeks , the Villa is outstanding , location is outstanding and a luxurious memorable holiday.

Pros: Absolutely everything about this Villa it’s beautiful, a walk away from a stunning beach and the views from the Villa are outstanding. Everyone we communicated with were second to none . A jewel in the Med 🤩🥰

Cons: The property is absolutely spectacular.

Excellent stay for a group of friends!

Pros: The host was very responsive. Clean new villa with many amenities. It had enough bathrooms for 6 people. The pool was clean, and the kitchen and barbecue area were well equipped. The location was excellent, a few minutes from the beach and one of the main roads full of restaurants and a supermarket. Will be visiting again!

Tolle Unterkunft

Pros: Tolle Unterkunft! Man fühlt sich wie in einem Palast. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die östliche Seite Zyperns zu erkunden.

Cons: Es wird täglich eiskaltes Wasser in den Pool gelassen. Die Poolheizung kostet pro Tag 25€

Pros: Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, καθαρά, πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και επικοινωνία , full εξοπλισμένο σπίτι. Θα επιδιώξω να ξανά μέινω στο συγκεκριμενο κατάλυμα.

We had a wonderful time

Pros: Close to the sea and with lots of privacy, no other houses to obstruct the view.

Pros: Moderní vybavení, krásné pokoje s výhledem a dostatek koupelen. Dobře vybavena kuchyň. Nádherný bazén, krasny výhled z balkonu a střešní terasy. Blizko pláže.

Cons: Vše bylo v pořádku.

Locatie excelenta, cu toate facilitatile, la 3 minute de mers pe jos de plaja!

Pros: Vila superba, mai frumoasa decat in imagini; foarte curata si cu toate facilitatile(plita, cuptor, masina de spalat vase, masina de spalat rufe, espressor, aparat de frappe, microunde, ac in fiecare camera). Piscina foarte mare cu apa curata si calda; sezlonguri pt fiecare persoana, masa de dinning si in inauntru si afara. La parter se deschide intreg peretele de sticla si devine un spatiu aerisit si modern pt a sta atat la piscina cat si in casa. Plaja la 3 minute de mers pe jos. Vila foarte aproape de restaurante si magazine, si la doar 15 km de Aya Napa. Gazda minunata, foarte prompta la orice solicitare sau nevoie a noastra. Mai mult decat atat, la check out ni s-a permis sa stam pana seara( cu mult peste ora prevazuta de check out). Am fost asteptati cu multe gustari, fructe, dulciuri, apa si chiar bere si vin. Merita din plin! Recomandam din suflet! Cu siguranta vom reveni!

Modern, tengerpart közeli villa, nyugodt helyen.

Pros: Tengerpart közelsége, nyugalom, privát medence, jól felszerelt villa.

Cons: Hogy haza kellet jönni. :)

Super schöne Villa mit diversen kleinen Mängeln.

Pros: Grosser Pool, sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig, nahe am Strand, bequeme Better, viel Stauraum für Kleider, moderne Einrichtung, Klimaanlage,

Cons: Zu wenig Tassen und Gläser. Esstisch draussen ist in schlechtem Zustand. Zu wenig Lounge Sessel für 6 Bett Villa. Ein Teil war auf der grossen Terrasse. Kein Wäscheständer und zu wenig Frottewäsche. Rasenreste lagen herum.
