Amazing stay in the mountains

Pros: New, very comfortable apartment with amazing views over the village. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and even baking. Attentive host.

Pros: The property is in a very quiet area, close to a stream🤩🥰. And the view is amazing! Everything was really clean and fresh, and there were also lots of table games around. Our host, Evrita, went above and beyond to make our stay as welcoming and warm, and she even took the time to leave us a hand written note, along with some homemade jam🥰🤤. She looked up activities for us and gave us some very nice suggestions. She was just a darling from start to finish ❤️

Cons: The bed was a bit too squicky😅, but comfortable however.

Pros: The purpose of the trip was training — both cycling and running — in a quiet location where we could get good sleep. The area had to be either in the mountains (with altitude, hills, and significant elevation gain) or close to them — and Mount Olympus was very nearby. For this purpose, the facility is excellent: almost no flat roads, with consistent inclines and descents. The area is truly quiet, so rest is undisturbed. Fresh fruit is available at a grocery store just 5 km away, the air is clean, and it's slightly cooler than at sea level. Communication with the host was spot on.

Cons: The accommodation clearly lacked air conditioning. There were days when it was uncomfortably hot, even at night. We believe it might be manageable without AC from around October to May, but from June to September, it’s simply too much. Other than that, everything was great.

Pros: My kid said that Balkoni Moutoullas was the best apartment we stayed in during our vacation in Cyprus — and I couldn’t agree more! The apartment is newly renovated and has everything you need. We cooked quite a lot and didn’t miss a thing. The washing machine is a big advantage when traveling with children (or in hot weather!). The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing — you just can’t get enough of it! The host is very responsive and supportive; whatever we needed, we got. They even delivered a birthday cake to the doorstep for my kid’s birthday as we could not get one in Moutoullas! Overall, Moutoullas is a lovely small town — a hidden gem in the mountains of Cyprus, with many must-see places nearby. In the local bars, you really get a sense of community. 1000% recommended!

Pros: There is so much to like about Balkoni Moutoullas, everything gives the feeling of serenity and rest. This place is beautifully presented, equipped with all you need and situated in the most heavenly location. This was our second stay at the property - it is a wonderful location to explore the wider area and the owner is brilliant at sharing information about things to do, including local events. We love it here and couldn't recommend more highly.

Wonderful stay in a very quiet location

Pros: The view was really lovely - we really enjoyed the peaceful balcony . The apartment was nicely finished

Cons: The village felt rather deserted . No air con in second bedroom.

A really lovely place if you are looking for a quite stay in the mountains.

Pros: A comfortable, well stocked, quiet apartment with beautiful views from the spacious balcony. The host was really responsive in addressing any questions or problems and offered lots of lovely, personalised suggestions for activities in the area. Would defiantly stay again, especially in warmer months when we could make full use of the balcony.

Cons: No a problem for us but there were quiet steep steps down to the apartment that may be problematic for those with limited mobility.

Stay that exceeded my expectations + friendly host :)

Pros: - Perfect location to stay within mountain area. - Lovely place with everything you need, view is stunning from the balcony. - Property are clean and as described/ picture shown, kitchen is fully equipped. - Highly recommended for family with kids
