Pros: Excellent location. The beach is just 50 meters away and never crowded — we saw the same 8–10 people there every morning. Pervolia village is less than 1 km away, making for a pleasant afternoon walk, especially for dinner. The house is fully equipped and very convenient for a family, especially if you cook a lot at home. The washing machine is a big plus when traveling with children! We had a car, which is essential for reaching grocery stores and visiting must-see spots in Larnaka. We were happy to avoid busy beaches and loud neighbours!

Excellent value

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé
Pros: L'appartement se situe à 1 minute à pied du bord de mer avec un chemin sympa qui longe la côte. Le petit jardin est très agréable et permet de prendre le petit déjeuner et les repas en toute tranquillité. L'appartement dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire.
Cons: Les escaliers à l'étage se situent directement après la chambre des enfants. Il faut donc être très vigilant avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons mis l'échelle pour bloquer l'accès !

Pros: Bardzo blisko plaży. Dom wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. Świetny i komunikatywny właściciel. W pobliżu kilka wspaniałych tawern (polecamy Enalię, Thetę i Fish Cyprus Taverna) w Periwolii i Kiti.
Cons: Brak takich kwestii.

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte in richtig angenehmer Lage, keine Infrastruktur

Cons: Die Couch war für mich nicht benutzbar. Die Bewertung der Lage ist - zumindest im März - sehr vom persönlichen Geschmack und den eigenen Wünschen abhängig. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass man für *alles* ein Auto braucht. Der zu Fuß erreichbare Supermarkt hatte geschlossen, möglicherweise öffnet er zu Saisonbeginn wieder. Ansonsten ist es eine Art kleiner Siedlung mit genau nichts in fußläufiger Nähe. Das nächste Restaurant war in knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß noch gerade so erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe (nur ein paar Schritte entfernt) zum Strand und es war sehr ruhig. Ist allerdings relativ hellhörig, die direkten Nachbarn wird man hören, wenn sie nicht gerade die Treppen herunterschweben. Im Sommer für Selbstversorger bestimmt super (aber auch dann würde ich dort nicht ohne Auto wohnen wollen), als (im Urlaub) nicht kochender Alleinreisender, der gerne Abends noch ein bisschen bummeln gehen würde etwas ziespältig. Aber ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und war auch z.B. in Agia Napa - wenn ich mir vorstelle, wie es *dort* im Sommer aussehen muss, würde ich vermutlich doch die schöne Lage und Ruhe hier vorziehen und die Fahrten in Kauf nehmen. Cypriot hospitality
Pros: Our host provided Us with extensive information about the house, surrounding and was very keen to make us feel comfortable. Location is awesome because it's basically on the beach still being quiet and secluded. House is equipped with everything we needed to feel like home. Highly recommend.
Cons: I didn't like idea of leaving the place.
