Coastal retreat

Pros: Beautiful location. Sea at the end of our garden. Peace quiet and an obliging and very helpful host. We needed to extend our stay by a couple of hours, there was no hesitation.

Cons: I liked everything. Some people might find it too quiet. For me as someone who originates from the island and has watched the coastline get over developed over the last 40 years this was a breathe of fresh air

Cons: No complaints - there’s a reason we keep coming back.

Pros: Our stay at Meneou House was absolutely incredible. The house is exactly like the pictures and the direct beach access was great. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house had basically everything we needed for a nice stay. The closest supermarket is a 5 minute drive, the airport 10 minutes and city center 15 minutes. A car is needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely, comfortable beach front house!

Pros: Amazing location right on the beach. Clean, comfortable and bright with excellent aircon. Loved the balconies and the ability to go for a swim first thing in the morning. Peaceful and relaxing.

Cons: Self-catering equipment could have been a little better - would have loved a coffee pot as well as the espresso machine. Quite a bad smell of drains at the front of the house, but couldn't smell at all inside the house or in the garden at the back by the beach, so didn't spoil our stay. Also (and it wasn't an issue for us) but there is not much at all in walking distance from the property and, at times, it was difficult to get a taxi to/from the house so you would ideally need a car if you are going to rent this property.
