Perfect family villa near Fig Tree Bay – peaceful, spotless, and well equipped

Pros: We had an excellent stay. The villa is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to Fig Tree Bay beach and close to shops and bakeries and main strip, yet quiet and private. The bungalow (no.9) itself is spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything needed for cooking, washing, and a comfortable family stay. The setting feels peaceful and safe, ideal for children, with a lovely garden area to relax in. Communication was easy and check-in simple. Overall, it is a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the Protaras area, I highly recommended villa for families or anyone wanting a calm, well-kept property near to the beach.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay, with cozy beds and great communication with the host. Perfect location — just a short walk to one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Nice basic breakfast items were provided (tea, coffee, juice, milk, butter, jam).

Cons: As a small suggestion, it would be great to have a few more hooks in the bathroom and adjust the terrace door, as it was a bit hard to open.

Pros: We enjoyed our second holiday at this property, and we are certain it won’t be our last. Many thanks!

Pros: Good location, good facilities, helpful, friendly staff.

Cons: The apartment (No.1): The air conditioner in all the bedrooms was old (likely 15 years old), smelled when turned on, and could not control the temperature. The air conditioning in the lounge areas was good; we used that one throughout our stay.

Pros: The facility is very nice. Its biggest advantage is a lot of space and location. Very close to Fig Tree beach, but at the same time away from the noise. Also close to interesting places to swim by the rocks. Super that there is a washing machine.

Cons: Slightly too basic kitchen equipment (e.g. no coffee pot).

Great vacation on a perfect location

Pros: Spacious apartment in a perfect location. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable, wi-fi was good. Whole area is gated and no-cars zone so kids can play outside safely. Fig Tree Bay is 7 mins walk and is awesome. Main street with restaurants is 10 mins walk and is worth visiting. We even had a few friendly cats visiting us. For a family vacation - simply perfect.

Cons: In the kitchen pots and pans were completely ruined from previous guests. We were promised new ones but never got them.

Pros: It was very nice, spacious and clean. We really liked entire complex. Comunication with property agency was very good and self check-in was easy. They even left us some basic groceries in the fridge which was very nice. It’s few minutes away from popular Fig tree beach.

Great place and vey nice stay. Definitely worth money.

Pros: Great and very quiet location, extremly close to the beach. We came late and staff managed to prepare fridge with basic food for next day. Very nice.

Cons: property do not have hoovr to clean internet was a bit moody with limited coverage cauch in living room was uncomfortable

Cozy villa

Pros: Great location, near to beach. Host left us welcome package. Let us to check-in early, and very responsible for every need.

Cons: Beds not comfortable. The double bads really 2 separate single bads, with separate mantras, only combined with thin top. It is not comfortable for couples.
