Best place in Protaras

Pros: Super central location, on Protaras main street, 5 min walk from Fig Tree beach. The apartment is fully renovated, clean and spacious, host is responsive. Highly recommended, best value for money in Protaras.

Cons: Tip: ask for the Penthouse (upper apartment) it has a huge rooftop terrace overlooking the entire city

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Fig Tree Giannis! Everything was perfect — the apartment was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and we especially loved the large balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: No towels for change(you need to wash), very noisy street. Air conditioning not positioned good for sleeping in the night but is working great.

Pros: Location was perfect. On the strip. Beach 5 minutes walk. All amenities nearby. Property had everything required for self catering. Owner was super helpful. If you required anything, he was easily accessible.

Pros: I really appreciated the host, who was very kind and welcoming. The location was excellent – close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. The beach was about 500 m away, but the walk was enjoyable, and we could even see the sea from the room. The two-room apartment was spacious and perfect for us.

Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like something, but I think some things could be improved. The bed linens and towels were clean, but quite old. I would have preferred fresh, white, immaculate bed sheets with a pleasant scent – the kind that instantly makes you want to jump into bed.

Great apartment with a fantastic location and really nice host

Pros: We spent a couple of days at FIG TREE GIANNIS with a group of friends and we all LOVED it. Our host Yiannis was very nice and helpful, the communication with him was smooth and he gave us some nice suggestions regarding places to visit. The apartment itself absolutely exceeded our expectations, it was fully equipped with stuff we needed, it was clean and really close to nice beaches/bars/restaurants/grocery shops/bus stops etc. In a nutshell/overall experience: fanstastic!
