Excellent!!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to the centre and the places around felt very safe and welcoming. It’s also near a bus stop and a taxi station in case you don’t have a car. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Protaras.

Pros: Fantastic location. Huge apartment, with really spacious rooms.

Cons: Wifi was poor throughout the apartment except directly next to the router. Floor tiles cracked in bathroom. I'd suggest taking pictures of every defect immediately upon entering as they will be time stamped. No staff there to argue any issues so best cover yourself in the case of dispute.

Worth to stay for a longer trips

Pros: Overall, it seems like the flat offers excellent value, especially with its size, location, and comfort, while the minor issues (like noise or lack of sea view) didn't detract from your experience too much. It would likely suit someone looking for a convenient, well-located stay in Protaras. Advantages: * Spacious, with two separate rooms. * Convenient location: close to the beach, bus stop, and Protaras' main street. * Comfortable and well-suited for longer stays. * Clean, with a responsive and helpful owner. * Balcony to dry your clothes * AC

Cons: Potential Disadvantages: * No sea view as described, but since the sea is close by, this wasn’t a significant issue for us. * A bit noisy due to proximity to one of the main streets in Protaras, which could be a concern for light sleepers. * The bath has a shower, which might not be a downside for everyone, depending on preference. I prefer shower

Cosy and spacious property located very close to the center of Protaras

Pros: Close to the centre of Protaras, cosy and spacious house

Cons: The parking space for our cars was inconvenient. The steep uphill was a huge risk in terms of damaging our cars so we parked on a different street.

Pros: The apartment was clean comfortable and spacious. Good location. Close to the sea and restaurants. Trying to find the apartment was difficult with the instructions given via email. We phoned and the staff were very helpful in sending us location details promptly via whatsupp

Cons: The exterior of the apartment is very off putting. It looked like a broken down building

Cons: Шумно, є тераса, але нею не можливо користуватись через постійний шум

Άνετο διαμέρισμα, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο του Πρωταρά

Pros: Μείναμε σε ένα πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, ιδανικό για ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική, ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Πρωταρά, με όλα τα καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και καφετέριες σε απόσταση περπατήματος, ενώ η παραλία βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζονται για μια άνετη διαμονή, και προσέφερε ηρεμία παρόλο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες που θέλουν να απολαύσουν τον Πρωταρά χωρίς να χρειάζονται αυτοκίνητο.

Pros: Квартира расположена в шаговой доступности до лучшего пляжа Протараса , ресторанов, напротив супермаркет Лидл. Было очень чисто и в квартире есть все необходимое, даже если вы собираетесь готовить еду сами. В квартире 3 кондиционера-все работают.

Cons: Было немного шумно от центральной дороги. Сам комплекс-старый и вокруг грязно.
