We would highly recommend this property due to its location . It is just a short walk to both beach and restaurants/

Pros: The property is located just a 2 min walk from the beach and also the same to the main strip. The property is clean and spacious and has a view of the sea. The pool are was very clean and well Kept

Cons: The only downside to this property and facilities is the lack of public toilets so if you are by the pool you need to go back to your apartment

Unrivaled location above Fig Tree Bay!

Pros: Best location, right above Fig Tree bay and all water sport activities and amenities Protaras has to offer. Beautiful direct seaview, clean well-maintained apartment with AC in all rooms.

Cons: Building entry via parking garage, no main entry into building. Uncovered parking spot. Unfinished construction with columns and rebar interrupting the beautiful sea view.
