Ocean Suites Luxury Apartments

Pros: Location, large rooms, cold floors (i got a heat stroke the day before, so they felt really nice).

Cons: The outside keyhole is a bit rusty/rugged, i got a metallic splinter in my finger when opening it. There were ants near the trash can. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable - too springy.

Position

Pros: Fantastic position, great swimingpool. Great furniture and services

Cons: No contact with staff but It Is the system, some small not clean details maybe due tò low season

Relaxing, comfortable and really enjoyable. Will come back

Pros: The location - walking distance to a beautiful quiet beach Modern adequately equiped apartment, with enough wardrobe space Manager/ host was there almost every day to check on everything and handle any problems/ complaints. Quiet neighborhood. The view from the apartment was so nice (sea view) Swimming pool which we really enjoyed was frequently cleaned by a professional team. Enough sunbeds and umbrellas for the residents skattered around the pool (grass area). Our host also provided beach towels.

Cons: The chairs of the kitchen dining set need replacement An external shower by the pool to wash the sand off when coming from the beach could be useful

Bad experience but high rating

Pros: The apt itself is actually really nice and modern and includes everything you need. The location is also first class. I will not hold my experience against them because management has shown real understanding and reimbursed me within 5 days as well as offered a complimentary cleaning (regardless of the bad cleaning service). Also, the fact they are moving to a different cleaning service means they are taking their customers feedback seriously and this is highly appreciated

Cons: We arrived for check-in and the apt was really filthy. We called the person managing the premises and he was not aware. After he made a couple of calls, he informed us that due to miscommunication the cleaning crue was not contacted to come and clean. These things happen so I don't hold it against them. We finally checked in after 4 hours and the manager offered a refund for the first night and a complimentary cleaning for the 3rd day of our stay. He also informed us that they are in the process of transitioning to a new cleaning company (I assume that explains the miscommunication), and this is really good news for the property as the existing one was not up to the task. Really awful cleaning service. I won't get into details of what we've seen but just an example: * the new \

Great apartment in a quiet location

Pros: Very nice location, great view, either suite bathrooms, lots of space

Cons: Could be more clean.

Pros: Excellent location, great apartment. Realty close to the beach with open seaviews

Pros: Large new beautiful apartment with all facilities and nice sea view !!

Pros: Good Location for beach and away from crowds General quality of apartment

Cons: To make it better...little things like dish cloth, dishwasher tablets will be good. Lack of bedding on first night.

Perfect week of relaxation.

Pros: Fabulous location, very close to the beach. The pool was excellent, clean and well maintained. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

It was really comfortable, peaceful and I will be coming back for sure!

Pros: Spacious and bright apartment, comfortable bed and nice kitchen & living room area. Great view, peaceful area.

Cons: In the kitchen missing: cutting board (needed to buy one myself), kettle (I was boiling the water for the tea / coffee in a casserole ;-) ) Low quality plastic chairs and tables on the balcony. Just 1 trash bin; I segregate so I had to put additional plastic bag for artificial materials and needed to separate trash “manually” in front of the bins outside. Windows were pretty dirty with brown dust :-(
